Super close to the centre of Coventry. A lovely apartment, and the host was very welcoming and friendly.

Coventry trip

The location was very convenient for the city centre. The kitchen was well equipped and the facilities were good.

The first accommodation that we had originally booked was not available as it had not been cleaned. The staff were very nice, but left us waiting for around an hour before further accommodation was found. The flat we had originally booked had 2 sets of twin beds which was perfect for 3 friends, whilst the new one had double beds, so we had to share. The cleaner came in whilst we were there as the flat had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the beds had to be changed.

Poor access to car park and ‘not luxury’ apartment in a great location

It was a great location very close to the station and the city centre.

Access to the property is a complete disaster. If you are parking a car you need to phone a number to open the shutter for you every time you want to go in and out. The landlord does not give you the PIN code for entry which seems somewhat suspicious. We waited over 30mins to pick up the keys and were told to park in an unauthorised parking location where fines can be issued. The fob only gives you access to the inner building entrance and not the outer building so again you need to call up if you want entry which is plainly ridiculous. The aroma of foreign food in the corridors is quite overbearing and seeps into the apartment. The twin beds in the ensuite room are creaky and mattresses well worn. The shower was awful. Definitely not luxury in any manner whatsoever. Would not recommend this booking.

The apartment itself was very tired and tatty No plugs for the sink and wash basins Dirty carpets Dishwasher and extractor fan didn't work No instructions for the oven /stove top Microwave stank of curry It smelt inside and outside in the communal areas was strong smell of weed

Value for money, nice staff, good location

The room is very large (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, free Wifi, TV) and value for money. The apartment staff is very nice and easy to contact (I used booking.com messenger to contact him when I got there). The location is good ---> from Apartment to Coventry train station and Central Six Retail Park (480 m.), Lower Precinct Shopping Center (370 m.), Lady Godiva Statue (530 m. via Warwick Row --->Hertford Street). So I can walk around in the city center.

At that peroid, I stayed there (2-5 Oct 2025)---> the bus stop (at the same side of apartment) was closed (I thought it was temporary) but the bus stop opposite side of the road was openned.

There was no breakfast included. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable

The address wasn't easy to find and could have been more explicit but the host came to meet us immediately when I rang him.

Great location to city centre. Free safe parking. Great value for 5-6 people. Balcony. The host was really helpful and replied quickly.

Noisy neighbours but maybe we were unlucky! If it is for up to 6 people then it needs cutlery and glasses for that number.

Ideal place, great host, perfect location

Location was perfect in city centre, host went above and beyond for us. Walking distance to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well and evening was well looked after to a high standard.

Central location

This was very easy to book, the host was very helpful. The location is perfect to the centre of Coventry. Added bonus was a car parking space. The beds were comfy. Minimal kitchen equipment but fine for a short stay.

A little run down in places and the main shower was rather slow but we only stayed one night so didn't matter to us as the other shower worked better.

What a gem, home from home

What a perfect host, always on hand & so friendly. The apartment is in a wonderful location, close to the centre and the Ice Rink. Home from home with everything you need. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Not so luxury Allen apartment

The place was a disaster. I would have checked out immediately if it wasn't for my 85 year old dad who couldn't cope with the stress of moving. Where to start? 1. Walking in the smell was bad. 2. The carpets were filthy. 3. There were partly used tubes of toothpaste in the drawers in the hallway and newspapers from 2022. 4. The 1 bedroom the wardrobe was full of old TVs 5. The other bedroom was absolutely unbelievable, the mattresses were too small for the bed base, and the bed bases were also dirty. In all fairness, the bedding was clean. 6. The kitchen, oven was absolutely disgusting, dishwasher didn't work. 7. The lounge furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable. However, there were some fresh flowers on the coffee table. 8. The balcony, cigarette ends on the table, floor completely unsafe and dangerous. The landmark veiw is the back of a carpark, and the next-door apartment was like a dump site on the balcony. 9. The bathroom. This was also not acceptable. 10. Unfortunately, I could only upload 4 photos of how bad it was. I have plenty more I would like to share. False advertising at its best.

A few minor niggles, but overall a very comfortable and satisfactory stay

Clean and well-appointed: not quite "luxury", but certainly very comfortable. Location worked fine for us as we used it as a base for a visit to the NEC.

Flat could do with a little TLC - paintwork looking a bit shabby in places. Small niggles: no plug in kitchen sink; no dishwasher tablets. Improvised by using a large pan as a washing-up bowl. Many doors in the building! I know they have to be there for H&S reasons, but they are hard work for a mobility-impaired person.

Ok flat that will serve a purpose not luxury just basic and a bit dirty.

The flat was near the station and seemed quiet. The flat had two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Whilst the flat did smell clean closer inspection revealed dust in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty and the toilets were also only superficially clean. The door to the balcony was almost impossible to open or lock. Towels offered were not fit for purpose and the shower did not really work. The beds were cheap and creaky. At around 3am I was woken by prostitutes in the ally with men in cars. It was quite scary. Also telling that the Uber driver would not drive up to the flat !

There was no apology and it cost us a nights stay in a hotel on top of train fares. Not happy.

We booked in for two nights. The rooms were large enough and the place was well stocked. On first sight it looks good. The owner met us at the location. It was only a five minute walk to the indoor market which leads into shopping centre.

We were told the flat was a ground floor one. not true as there were about 15 steps to climb. My sister is disabled. The owner was very polite but we had to call him out twice as the television would only allow us to watch you tube.. He managed to get BBC 1. Which then went off. The second time we waited over two hours for him to arrive. He had no idea what to do. There were no instructions. The settee was hard to sit on and the beds creaked like mad. Without a tv for the night what do you do? We decided we could not stay another night, we were booked for two. I phoned him up in the morning and told him were leaving. It cost a hundred to book a twin room at a hotel for the night. This certainly is not the luxury apartment it is stated to be. Needs comfortable beds and settee and a good working TV.

Excellent location, secure parking, nice comfortable accomodation. Owner was great in sorting out my questions about getting in and out of the car parking and also my query on the entrance fob

Would have been nice to have had some milk left (although black coffee isn't bad). To get in and out of the car park you need to ring the owner which is a little awkward

OK apartment, but needs a deep clean

Whilst the apartment is large, it is in need of a deep clean, specically the bathrooms. I feel the instructions to find the garage entrance could be a lot clearer.

Allen made us very welcomed. He was hands on and very flexible with time.

The apartment is spacious and cozy. It did not feel crowded with my family of 5. I like that it was warm and family orientated. Very accessible to the town centre and train station.

Very nice place

Very friendly host, approachable, answered all our questions quickly. Very near to the city centre. Quiet and nice place with balcony to sit out.

Peaceful short stay within easy reach of city centre

Secure free parking within easy reach of City centre. Rooms clean and a good peaceful nights sleep. Owner was helpful and all appliances worked fine.

Nothing that a lick of paint wouldn’t solve. There was food left in the cupboard and the TV has been knocked over by a previous use causing a line in the screen, but I only used it for music anyway.

Safe, secure and comfortable

The location was great for the ice arena (the reason for our visit). Comfortable and spacious place to use as a base for the day and night.
