The apartment was clean, modern and plenty of space for us all. Everything we needed for a home from home experience.
We received our Checking in info, everything we needed to know, was there.
If we needed to ask about anything, Cyrille responded very promptly. He was always friendly and helpful. As its self check in, we never got to meet anyone in person, but all replies to any messages we sent, were quickly responded to.
There wasent anything we didn't like tbh.
Only minor thing for me was the single bed was a bit hard, but that's personal preference.

The level of security for the property and the car parking were excellent. The apartment was well layed out and had plenty of space. It was also close to the city centre without being too close, therefore it was very quiet in the evenings.
The timer for the central heating seemed to be out of kilter. In the evening the heating did not come on until quite late. Then it came on in the middle of the night when we were in bed but not first thing in the morning when we got up. Obviously this wasn't pleasant as on the first night of our stay there was a heavy frost.
The outside light by the entrance door wasn't working too well which made it difficult to put the key in the lock.
The stairs were quite steep which could be problematical for some people.
