Comfortable, modern and fully equipped apartments perfect for busy professionals

It had everything needed for a great stay with a fully equipped kitchen and toiled and shower ensuit in the apartment, so very practical for work trips. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very modern in general. There is ample free parking around the apartments and the instructions for check in were clear and on point. It also had an iron and ironing table which I found was a really nice touch especially if preparing for work events.

The area it’s a bit noisy but after midnight the people in the street seem to quite down so it allowed me to have a good night rest of sleep anyway.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Super easy to get into the property and an easy backup if you leave your key inside.

It is in a quite nosy area, but it is central so to be expected. Would recommend people bring loops/esrplugs if they are a light sleeper.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed room.

A wonderful stay at a really well appointed studio room. Bedding was spottlessly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom really neat and clean and the shower lovely and powerful. Modern decor and equipped really well for a short stay. Easy walk into the town centre - 5 mins. Pub on the end of the road (1 min walk) away does good food reasonably priced. Excellent hosts and a lovely property. Thank you for a refreshing stay.

Does get a little noisy during the night, but you do have to expect that with it being a city location. it didnt stop me from having a great nights sleep.

Compact but great for a short stay. Modern fittings, comfortable bed, decent oven and hob, nice shower. Pristine clean apartment. Would be happy to stay again.

Asides from the noises we would have had an absolutely excellent experience.

Property The facility was excellent. Proximity to shops and restaurants was a plus for us.

The location as it really got noisy in the midnight. Noises from those fighting and returning from club etc. Some sort of noise from the 1st floor as well.

The apartment is at the ground level, right accross the street is there a pub or a nightclub Well the whole night I had people screaming on the street The last load of people left at 5:30 am !!! No need to tell how loud drunk lads sound !!! They were standing at the window so it was like they were in the room

Nice to be near the ice!

We were attending the NIHL Playoffs at the Skydome and we're very pleased with proximity. (Only a few minutes walk) Great to have free parking close by. The studio was very well presented and had everything for simple self catering. Would stay again no problem .

I didn't like that it's right next door to a strip club the noise kept me up and didn't sleep also it takes 5 days to get deposit back I have never had to wait that long

Fantastic space to stay.

I stayed for 4 nights while working away. The property is immaculate, and everything looks brand new. The room was better than I expected, was very clean and comfortable. The only downsides were that although there are cooking facilities, l didn't feel comfortable cooking in there, because the sink plug was missing, and I couldn't clean up afterwards. The area is a bit run down, however there is plenty of redevelopment in the area, so I'm guessing that will improve. It is a short walk into the city centre, and there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Owners are very nice people, very attentive and responsive, wanting to ensure you have a great stay. Everything is new, clean, and modern with attention to nice details. It's a great value, and convenient location.
