Quiet warm Apartmenr

Apartment was warm and clean, good facilities for cooking with plenty of saucepans etc. Tea and coffee provided, the apartment is well equipped but could do with a little tlc in places, table not usable but does not detract from the stay. It is a quiet location with a designated parking spot which is a bonus. All in all a good place to stay.

Overall, the apartment was spacious and nice, but cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I didn’t have any problems to find the keys.

Unfortunately, the place wasn’t clean. The floor in the kitchen was super dirty- around the bin there were lots of waste left. I found the vacuum and had to clean the floor myself. The shower in the main bedroom wasn’t clean too. The temperature in the apartment was 18 degrees and changing the temperature on the thermostat didn’t do the work. On the day I arrived there was a storm, but there were two windows left open, which I noticed the next day. Also there was no hot water. I arrived around midnight, so I was able to find out the reason only the next day. There was a problem with the boiler (low pressure) and it took me around two hours to get to know how to fix it with a person on the phone. (The guy told me I would had to wait even longer for someone to come and fix it for me). Later on, when there was hot water, but still the heating didn’t work, my brother came and shift the knob to the position to have both - hot water and the heating. The service person had a picture of the boiler but didn’t check that it was incorrectly set up and I don’t have a boiler, so didn’t know it.

Dissapointing and unclean.

They agreed to refund the unused nights when it was not up to standard.

Key collection from a dodgy key box and keys not as described. Parking was a hassle. Unclean and tired, with a fusty smell. Pictures are clearly very old. Cutlery poor and almost useless. Shower didn’t work. TV didn’t work other than Netflix. Remote had chewing gum on it. Internet was next to useless. Two old, cheap, flat and stained pillows stuffed into pillowcases rather than one good one.

It was closer to previous Airbnb we rented in signals drive just maybe 0.1 mile

The cost is higher compared to facilities, the signal maybe it be wifi or mobile network is extremely poor and unsuitable for working professionals as you won't get any speed. The kitchen utensils are lesser compared to our previous stay..

The mail issue was the Smoke detector bleeping all the time, so not very restfully, also I understand from a neighbour who can also hear the beeping that it had already reported to the owner!!! so that's why I scored low 5 if no Bleeping a 9 !!!

Not the cleanest

We liked that it was close to the location we visited. It was spacious and neutral. It was great that we were able to have tea and coffee. The keys were easy to find and well described. The parking was close by and an allocated parkingspot is given. It has a lot of potential to be a lovely place to stay.

The shower head in the ensuite shower was black and moldy. The facilities didn't seem very clean in general, as spider webs where hanging down the walls. The TV did not work. The oven was still on when we came in. Stripping the bed wasn't nice, as we saw that the quilt itself is full of stains and marks.

Very light in the morning the blinds could do with being a bit darker. would also point out that the main front door downstairs was ok to lock but the opposite door on ground floor was left unlocked. couldn’t get subtitles off tv - small stuff really though

Disappointing but host was nice

The location and parking was convenient. The host was very fast with responses. She also allowed me to check in 3 hours early. The deposit was returned quickly, within a day of checking out.

Carpet was dirty, one of the showers was broken and the other shower was barely working. The curtain rail in one of the bedrooms fell down, we couldn’t reattach it so had to stack cushions to block out the view from outside. The property smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, even after we opened all the windows for several hours.

I was sadly disappointed.

It was a decent location and parking facilities were good. The keys were in a safe place and easily accessible.

By the time we got there it was around 7pm, the keys are kept in a box in the bike shed. The bike shed and surrounding area have little to no lighting so visibility was poor. When we got to the apartment I wasn't satisfied with the sanitation levels. The boiler cupboard had sauce on the side panel. The fridge was also not thoroughly cleaned, I found a single grape left behind (I am not sure how old this was), additionally the kitchen bin was not completely empty. The toilets appeared clean but the seat was not thoroughly cleaned, when I wiped it with tissue dirt lifted off the seat. The main bathroom also had hair on the floor which indicated that it hadn't even been hoovered and half used toiletries were left behind. This was very distressing especially during the pandemic when most people are trying their best to keep safe through sanitation. About 30 minutes after our arrival myself and my partner booked a room at a local Premier Inn as I just did not feel comfortable staying in the apartment knowing it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned between guests.

The heating didn't work for day/night but was eventually sorted the next day. I had to use the batteries from the TC remote and new batteries promised never arrived. Low in kitchen items eg salt pepper. I prefer hard beds, these were a bit to soft for my liking

The location and an environment is fine.

The carpet is really need to deep clean. I guess they share the internet network with another apartment, the signal is poor and unstable. Bed Sheets, duvet and pillows have dirty marks, but no spare. We found some damages when check in. Report to the admin, but no response. No house clearing service, no replacement and refill. Limted dining ware.

Voor een zakelijk verblijf is dit een ideale uitvalbasis.

De twee badkamers met elke een toilet zijn praktisch als je met collega's reist. Keuken is goed ingericht en een zeer grote frigo met diepvries. De locatie is rustig.

Zichtbaarheid van het kastje bij aankomst in donker. De bed met de klein ensuite badkamer is van slecht kwaliteit, zeker ter vervanging. Het was na zo een lange autorit geen herstellende nacht.

Um an die Check- In Informationen zu gelangen musste man hinterher telefonieren. Das Türschloss war defekt. Fenster zum Teil gesplittert, die Unterkunft war dreckig und abgewohnt.
