Unable to access. Owner lacks care.

Nothing. The owner had not kept up-to-date with his own property. The external building door locks had been changed, meaning the WRONG KEY was provided. The property was therefore not accessible! The owner was also "not in the country" so help would have been hours away!

We were travelling with our daughter who was due to have extremely serious, life-saving surgery the following day at Coventry hospital. We had taken several days to find suitable accommodation for the week. It was an extremely stressful time for the entire family and we were relieved to have sorted accommodation. However...the property was not accessible as the wrong keys had been left in the key safe. The owner failed to help us gain access as he was "not in the country". After speaking to the owner, we were given a UK phone number for "somebody else". This turned out to be the same man, which he later admitted. The owner said he could have somebody come and help but it would not be for several hours. In the meantime my daughter, who was already extremely anxious the day before her surgery, was getting very tired and it was extremely important she rested before her surgery. We were then in a rush to find alternative accommodation, which came at a higher premium and was also inadequate - three adults ended up having to share a room with one double bed and a sofa bed, which was not really suitable, but we had to make do! If you are managing a property close to a hospital, you should be aware that hospital users are likely to book your property and may rely on it as their base during a hard time. The owner should have kept up-to-date with any changes to access to his property and should not be allowed to advertise if there are access issues. It is not fair on families like ours who relied on accommodation at such a scary and stressful time! What was even worse was the owner's complete lack of empathy!

There was nothing to like prominent smell of urine and marijuana upon our arrival yuck!

No working television Dirty oven mould and mildew in every room. Dirty bedding and hairs in bed. They might want to higher a cleaner who actually knows how to clean.

Mugo is a fantastic host and so keen to help at anytime. Detailed information about the apartment was well communicated, very clean, good location, and everything worked well in the apartment. My boys loved the playground close to the property and did not want to leave. I will definitely use the property again.

It was adequate

It is conveniently located, clean and suited our needs.

The main bed was extremely uncomfortable, very soft and bouncy and squeaked every time you moved. There wasn’t enough blankets, and the towels were all too small to dry yourself, there was only one bath towel and all the rest were hand towels. On arrival, I struggled to get into the property as the access details were only made available that day and coming from overseas I didn’t have access to wifi or data.

Apartment near Warwick University

The location was ideal for visiting our son in Warwick University. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

There were a few issues that were dealt with promptly. The central heating didn't work on the first night. There weren't enough towels for three people and the shower in the master bedroom didn't work. These issues were resolved the following day.

Great place to stay

Very clean and tidy, really nice place, much bigger than it looks in the pictures, direct outside access is a big bonus and private parking right outside the bedroom is perfect. For those with young kids there is a play park easily close enough to walk to. Mugo is a fantastic host, always available and keen to help. I will most definitely be booking Mugo’s place again.

Nothing, everything was great, I really can’t think of anything that put me off.
