Awful, please stay away!!!
The property was awful. It looks nothing like the pictures first of all.
Where do I start? The property was filthy upon arrival, spider webs in the corner of the window sill in the main bedroom, sauce stains on the table (clearly hadn’t been wiped down after the previous customer), patches of sticky residue on the floors and not only did neither remote for the tv work, but one of them also had a sticky residue on them! When I informed the landlord about the state of the property, the best they could offer was to send a cleaning crew the following day. So one of the two nights me and my pregnant wife had booked as a getaway we would spend in a filthy accommodation? We vacated the property within 2 hours of arrival and reached out to booking.com. I highly advise you keep all evidence of communications with the landlord as this landlord directly lied to booking.com multiple times. They stated “Upon being informed of their concerns, we *immediately offered to send our team to the property to assess the situation and carry out any necessary cleaning or rectification*. However, the guests *declined* this offer.” Luckily, I kept all proof of communications and took pictures of the disgusting state of the property. They also told booking.com they had inspected the property before hand, definitely not the case as someone wouldn’t miss spiderwebs in the bedroom or sticky residue as soon as you walk into the living room! Terrible service from the landlord and booking.com to be honest who believed the landlord without considering us, even though we had evidence to prove the landlord was lying!!! I have attached the photos of communications and photos of the property.
