Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking na samochód przy wejściu do domu, bardzo dobry internet, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, duża lodówka, dwa komplety kluczy do drzwi wejściowych, przyjazd i meldunek o dowolnej porze dnia i nocy. W kuchni jest chemia, kostki do zmywarki i ręczniki. W łazience czyste ręczniki, na łóżku czysta pościel. Apartament bardzo wygodny i praktyczny dla rodziny 2+2.
Dwie lampy (jedna w salonie nad stołem, druga w sypialni na suficie) nie działają, przez co było dosyć ciemno i mało komfortowo. Gospodarz pisze w swoim informatorze, że oświetlenie nie działa w pełni, szkoda że nie ma tej informacji w ofercie przed zakupem. Zmywarka mała, materace średnio wygodne, szczególnie te na łóżku piętrowym (pomijam widoczne od dołu plamy górnego materaca). Dużo pajęczyn.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Dicht am Zentrum und nah an der Seilbahn. Auch im Hochsommer vergleichsweise kühl. Riesige Terrasse
Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten-Überbleibsel der Vormieter, ein Schrankboden ausgebrochen, Herd leider nur 2 Kochfelder und zu wenig Teller für die Wohnungskapazität
