- mehr als nur freundlicher Gastgeber - Kontakt zu Gastgeber - Parkplatz vor der Wohnung möglich - Lage sehr zentral - Wohnung modern und neuwertig eingerichtet
- in Erdgeschosswohnung kaum Blick nach draußen (dafür aber schön kühl im Sommer)
