Amazing Apartment in Kitzbuhel

The apartment is fantastic. It has a great size for a family of four, impeccably clean, nicely decorated and organized, with everything needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to cook a meal. We really enjoyed our days in this accommodation. It is also very well located in the center of the village, within a pleasant short walk to the ski lift through the historic center. The building has a ski storage area at the entrance, but we chose to rent a depot at the base of the lift, which was very convenient. There is also a bakery next door with very good products, open early in the morning, which was perfect for having fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. The supermarkets are also very close. Oliver was a very kind and helpful host. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. Just as constructive feedback, I think the living room lighting would benefit from a floor lamp with softer, warmer indirect light 🙂

This place is absolutely perfect and I could not recommend it any higher. The location is stellar in the center of town

Everything far exceeded expectations. The location was perfect and Oliver made us feel like we were absolute family. My friend was injured skiing and Oliver brought him beer and chocolate and then at the end of our stay when we had an issue with our transfer back to the airport, he loaded five people’s worth of luggage and ski gear into his car and drove us to the train station. Absolutely above and beyond! I could not recommend this place any higher. The apartment was well stocked with all the cleaning supplies and everything we would need and was spotlessly clean. That coupled with the location and the stellar service from Oliver, what more can you possibly ask for?

Fantastic accommodation in a great location for a ski holiday in Kitzbuhel

The host was very friendly and welcoming, and lives next door and so was available for any assistance we needed. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. A really nice place to spend time with friends after a day on the slopes. The location was very convenient - less than 10 minutes walk through the very nice centre of Kitzbuhel to the Hahnenkamm gondola. We took lockers at the gondola so left our skis there, so it was a pleasant walk.

Amazing property with top location.

It's a beautiful, newly refurbished apartment. In the centre and you don't need a car when you get there. Bed was amazing with very comfortable mattress. Host was super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Thinking about coming back.

Great apartment in a perfect location! The apartment was clean and new, just like in the photos. The location is excellent—only a 2-minute walk from the pedestrian street, making our stay very convenient. The owner was very friendly and checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Konumu, internet hızı, temizlik, olanaklar. Otel sahibi çok sıcakkanlı idi. Ring otobüsü hemen otelin önünden kalkıyor. Merkez çok yakın. 7 yaşındaki kızımızla beraber ev konforunda bir tatil yaptık.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Kitzbühel ist klein aber fein.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Fußgängerzone zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichnbar. Ca. 100 Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Selbstbedienungsladen, der nennt sich "Die Kiste". Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Landbäcker ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einkaufpassage mit ein paar netten Geschäften ist neben dem Landbäcker. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen.

Einfach perfekt, sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Oliver ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, hat uns mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Es standen nicht nur ausreichend Kaffeekapseln für den gesamten Aufenthalt bereit, sondern auch etwas Öl und Salz. Wir hatten am 1. Tag Freunde zum Frühstück eingeladen und unser Gastgeber war uns sehr dabei behilflich, genügend Platz dafür zu schaffen.

Schade ist, dass es ein fensterloser Raum ist. Das wird aber gut dadurch kompensiert, dass die Tür ein eine große Glasscheibe hat, die mit einer Jalousie verdunkelt werden kann.

Super tolle Apartments mitten in Kitzbühel.

Die Lage der Apartments war super. Sehr sauber und komfortable. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das ganz große Apartment und ein kleineres und beide haben uns super gefallen. Das große war aber besonders schön - vor allem auch die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Beim großen mit den 3 Schlafzimmern gab es zum Bad noch eine separate Toilette - das war gut. Wenn ich eine Sache bemängeln müsste, dann dass es kein ganzes zweites Bad gegeben hat für 6 Personen. Parkplatz war auch super und Check in online total unkompliziert.
