Could not have had a more accommodating host. Very good value for money and super central. Would absolute ly come back and stay when I'm next in Kitz!

Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen, die Busstation wär aber auch direkt vor dem Haus gewesen. Es hätte optional die Möglichkeit gegeben gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis das Auto direkt im Hof zu parken, wir haben aber die kostenfreie Variante gewählt zu Fuss ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, weil wir das Auto während des Aufenthalts sowieso nicht gebraucht haben. Es war alles neu und modern eingerichtet, die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Skiraum wo man Ski und Skischuhe lagern kann. Die Couch kann man ausklappen zu einem zusätzlichen vollwertigen Bett und sowohl Schlafzimmer als auch Wohnzimmer wo die Schlafcouch steht sind mit Vorhängen und Plissees vollständig abzudunkeln.
Es gab einen etwas muffigen Geruch in der Wohnung. Olli der Vermieter hat sich aber sofort darum gekümmert. Ansonsten können wir wirklich nichts negatives sagen.

Sehr schönes Apartment auf 2 Ebenen - tolle Einrichtung. Der Besitzer Oliver ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Oliver was an amazing host providing everything we needed when we arrived and welcoming us personally. The beds and furniture were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and wonderfully clean. The property is close to the central street in Kitzbuhel for shopping, dining, options and a few short blocks to the ski gondola. There is also a bus stop right ouside the door that will take you to the ski gondola.
We liked it all!
