Welcome to our beautiful chalet, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and a central location. Situated right on the edge of Kitzbühel's historic center, in summer, you’ll enjoy proximity to the golf course and a nearby lake—ideal for an active or relaxing holiday. In winter, the ski lifts are easily accessible on foot, and the ski slope are also nearby. In summer, the Rasmushof Golf Club and scenic hiking trails are just steps away. Kitzbühel’s town center, with its array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, is only a five-minute walk. With spacious 150 m², the chalet comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Two stylish bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a bath and shower offer a serene retreat, while the large kitchen and cozy living area are perfect for shared evenings after a day of adventure. The entire chalet is exclusively yours, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.
