A+ experience

This place was absolutely perfect. Ski rental directly downstairs made it so easy to get everything we needed - which was everything! Super easy & pretty walk from Hanekhamm train station. We could've walked to gondola in the morning but Michael insisted on driving us in his truck. Apartment was pristine and stylish and had beans loaded in the espresso machine, ready to be ground, with creme already waiting in the fridge, along with other refreshments. It was like staying with family! The water pressure in the showers was heavenly. Easy walk to the most charming town center you can imagine. Absolute A+

The apartment is well designed and equipped. Perfect for a family. The location is very convenient for the slopes - we had a wonderful week of stress-free skiing and fun apres-ski. Michael was an excellent host.

Great place and great value!

I’ve been coming to Kitzbuhel for 20 years and we’ve been bringing our children every year for the past 5 years. This is easily the best place we have stayed. The location is fantastic (we could walk the kids to ski school in the morning in 5 mins, every restaurant was about a 5 min walk, grocery stores, bakeries, etc all 5 mins or less). The ski and boots equipment was down stairs (and much cheaper than other places we have rented from). The flat was clean, lots of natural light, warm! (Almost too warm, but we just turned the heat down) and the beds were comfortable. There is some road noise (just put the shutter down), there is no microwave (bring one of you can’t live without one), no freezer (we didn’t need one), and they have the big fluffy Austrian pillows (it’s Austria) so if that’s not your thing bring your own pillows. Michael himself is easy going and helpful, we were several hours late getting there and he was fine meeting us late on a Sunday night — he even offered to drive us to the ski school. We are definitely renting again for next years half term

Convenient and pleasant to stay, full recommendation

Unbeatable location: easy to reach ski lift and slopes, restaurants, downtown, anywhere in town. Rental shop downstairs makes it so convenient to grab things you need before heading to the slopes.

Brilliant location. Fantastic host. Above and beyond with accommodating us. Went above and beyond with daily drop off to ski lifts and organising taxis etc for us. Lovely place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Exceptional

Fabulous Apartment right in Centre of kitzbuhel. Although it is central it is such a well appointed apartment that there was no street noise. Apartment was very large and tastefully decorated. Towels etc were 5 star quality. Excellent coffee machine. Michael was helpful at all times during booking process and welcome gifts of wine/beeers / milk etc was much appreciated after a long journey. We look forward to returning.

Really comfortable clean apartment, very close to the gondola. Our host, Michael, was very kind, and helpful to us. He also owns the ski rental shop underneath the apartment, and was great with helping us with ski gear rental, fitting etc. Very enjoyable experience.

We had a fabulous stay in Kitzbuehel.

The rooms were very modern and comfortable. The kitchen and living area were spacious. We really appreciated that there was coffee, water and beverages available in the apartment. We also liked having the use of a washer and dryer!. Michael was a very nice host. Super convenient to be able to keep the skis and boots in the store. The boots were then dry and warm.

The parking was a little tight and our second vehicle had to be parked further away. It was workable and not a complaint. The stairs are a bit tricky with large bags.

Fantastic accomodation in Kitzbubel, Austria

The apartment was wonderful- clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host Michael looked after us exceptionally well and provided lots of extras and assistance which we were very grateful for. A great place to stay and extra handy for ski rental hire - would thoroughly recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting to stay in Kitzbuhel during ski season.

Great Christmas

Our stay at Micheal's apartments was fantastic and went way above our expectations. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Michael met us personally on arrival and he or one of his staff was always available down in the rental shop. Christmas tree and present was a really nice touch. Couldn't recommend it more.

Our getaway

The property was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed and more. There was even a small garden with a trampoline and some balls that our young son enjoyed kicking around. The property owner was very helpful and kind to the end of our stay. It is also very conveniently located and an hours drive from most of the attractions in the area.

We werden opgevangen door de host. Het appartement is ruim en gezellig, de koelkast was gevuld met drankjes voor ons en elke dag werden we met ski's naar de lift gebracht terwijl het goed te lopen is. Wat een service!
