Lovely apartment in the centre of pretty Kitzbuhel - great skiing and lots of good eateries

Good

the location is in general great, just right in the center, you can do everything by walk & quickly find all needed amenities around you. The hosts are welcoming and supportive.

there is also a flip-side to the location ;-) for a family with little kids it was not so ideal. As the apartment is located in a pedestrian street, you had to go via the shopping mall and take 2 elevators to take your luggage from the car to the apartment. With 2 little kids in tow, this is not ideal. Also since the apartment is located right on the main street above the restaurants & bars, it was very loud at night - we could not keep the windows open as there was a lot of noise until the early morning hours. I could also imagine that it becomes quite hot in the summer - as it was already very hot now and there is no AC.

Lovely ski getaway in the heart of Kitzbuhel with excellent location and amenities!

The location was excellent. We were right on the main street with easy access to stores and restaurants and gondola. We loved the heated bathroom floors, the kitchen, and the views.

The sheets were very poor quality for such a nice apartment. They were thin and scratchy---very unpleasant.

great apartment in central location

This is a great apartment, newly decorated with a well equipped kitchen and huge dining room table! It is in the pedestrian area with several restaurants and a Billa close by. Parking is included at the ski lift (approximately 5 min walk).

The downside of the great location is the street noise from people leaving the local bars and restaurants, the windows provide great sound insulation but if you want some fresh air, there will be some noise.

Little Gem in the Heart of Kitzbühel

The location is perfect to experience Kitzbühel. Right in the heart of the old town. Bakeries, Restaurant, Bars and also a little grocery shop literally just downstairs, or a short walk away. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly need. The hostess was very friendly and the coffee, milk, wine and snacks were most welcoming :)

Best choice and great value

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay! It's based in the heart of the village and it is the perfect spot for any Kitzbühel activities. This lovely apartment was the best choice. It is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you may need. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. The welcome was especially friendly. Speedy wifi, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linen and fluffy towels. Everything is absolutely top class and can beat most hotels in the area. The neighbourhood is great and has anything you may need. Thank you for such a great experience! We will be back again for longer!

Central beliggenhed.

Ingen aircondition i kombination med larm fra gaden gør dette sted uegnet til overnatning når det er varmt. Besværligt at komme til, da man skal igennem et indkøbscenter. Vanskeligt at finde parkering. Kan på ingen måde anbefales hvis man har små børn med.
