Nice location because of the views of the hahnenkamm abfarht from the big balcony and only a few minutes away from the Schwarzsee, which is really nice to take a swim. Steep street to get there, private parking, our campervan of 6 meters fitted on the parking.
It’s a bit older, which means the Bathrooms are a bit smaller and not the cleanest I’ve seen in terms of kit joints.

Traumhaftes kleines Chalet. Wir waren mit der Familie dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Die Guestmanagerin Romana war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: sehr ruhig gelegen aber dennoch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Character and charm.
Kitchen needs a small pan. No detergent products for kitchen and bathroom, had to buy my own. Pillows very uncomfortable. Main mattress very good, other beds’ mattress not so good. Stairs squeaking which was annoying thinking of the neighbours.
