Short walk from centre. Quiet and picturesque. Charming.

Character and charm.

Kitchen needs a small pan. No detergent products for kitchen and bathroom, had to buy my own. Pillows very uncomfortable. Main mattress very good, other beds’ mattress not so good. Stairs squeaking which was annoying thinking of the neighbours.

The place is phenomenal. It's a beautiful chalet with an exquisite interior design by either a self-taught or professional designer. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The chalet boasts a balcony on three sides that provides an almost panoramic view of the city and nature. Furthermore, there is a garage available for parking your car. The chalet is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, and three TVs. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and there are large cupboards for storing your clothes and other belongings. In addition, there's a gas grill available for your use, which is a delightful option. The location is central, with a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 20-minute walk to Schwarzsee. Our group of five concluded that it was the most beautiful place we've ever visited.

Beautiful apartment, great host and perfect located!

The location is great, the chalet is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Perfect equipped kitchen and the small garden with barbecue and nice seating is very idyllic. There is free parking at the house and you can walk to the city center in just a few minutes. Super nice host and the contactless check-in made it very convenient for us. We highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect!

The location was perfect as everything we needed was within walking distance. The chalet was absolutely beautiful - extremely clean, very well decorated (in such good taste!) and with really comfy beds (which is very rare when you go on holiday!). We will definitely book again.

We had to stay in a different house since there was an issue with the chalet. the other house was ALTSTADTVILLA BELLE KITZ and it was beyond all expectations. the location, the value, the facilities... everything was perfect!

Worth the money paid, however can be upgrared

Rather good place with enough place for 4 people and spirit of Bayern. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. The location and WIFI were as well good. There was also a washing machine shared with neighbours.

The accommodation is not well kept. Old furniture and mould in the bathroom. The refrigerator sealing was not secure. The clearness was not at a proper level. The small bathroom was not possible to use due to dirtiness and little space. The grill that was our main factor to book this apartment was dirty and weak. And all the messages from the accommodation not to forget to checkout not later than 10 a.m. that started to come 2 days before departure left unpleasant feeling

We were happy with the location but would not return to this property because of the en suite.

The location was within walking distance to the centre of Kitzbuhel.

The en-suite bathroom was extremely small and always had a very unpleasant smell. we could not use it.

We didn't like check in. In the all mountains Gsm especially Google maps doesn't work properly so you need exactly plan how to find it. we didn’t get anything. It was necessary to ask for help neighbours. We were finding for more one hour

Die ruhige Lage.

Die Unterkunft verspricht ein luxuriöses Ambiente und für den Preis erwartet man, dass alles funktioniert und man sich schnell wohlfühlen kann. Die Bilder zeigen zwar an, wie es sein könnte, aber bei der Ankunft wird einem schnell klar, dass hier nur noch Geld gemacht wird. Die Möbel sind größtenteils Schrott, die Toilette im Hauptbad wurde schief angebaut und dadurch verrutscht die Brille. Der Badeschrank ist eine einzige Baustelle und gefährlich! Schimmel ist nicht zu vermeiden, aber Fugen sind ersetzbar. An der Decke wurde eine Platte befestigt, dessen Sinn uns nicht erschließt, die Spuren von der Befestigung sind noch sichtbar! Eine Leiste am Waschtisch wurde nur draufgelegt und fiel regelmäßig ab. Der Fernseher in der Wohnstube funktionierte nach mehreren Sendersuchläufen nur mit den öffentlich rechtlichen und in der Küche hängt keine Tür grade. Das Geschirr war schlichtweg zu wenig-Müslischüsseln Fehlanzeige! Das Besteck zusammen gewürfelt. Das kleine Bad ist für Kinder bis max. 12 Jahren nutzbar, eventuell kommt man auf 1qm hier, die Toilette direkt neben einer Wand gestellt und auch hier sind fragwürdige Kästen angebracht. Die Steckdosen und Elektroinstallationen sehen nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig aus. In dem größeren Schlafzimmer ist das Bett sehr verdreckt und auf dem Boden sind undefinierbare Flecken, am Kopfteil wird man beim entfernen von dem Kopfkissen mit einem sonderbar reparierten Riss überrascht. Die Dame von der Verwaltung bemüht sich sehr um Schadensbegrenzung, kann aber auch nicht zaubern!

Wir haben in der Wohnung eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem. Die Vermieterin hat sich sofort gekümmert und geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal. Ein sehr großer Vorteil ist auch der private Parkplatz. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Absolute Empfehlung von uns.

Aufenthaltsraum und Küche sind schön eingerichtet - Umgebung sehr ungepflegt.

Die Lage ist fussläufig vom Zentrum. Die Küche war recht gut ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad hatten eine gute Grösse. Wir froren anfangs in der Wohnung und es kam am nächsten jemand vorbei und hat uns die Heizung erklärt und eingeschaltet.

Die Umgebung und der Sitzplatz waren leider sehr ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Ebenfalls war ein Schlafzimmer sehr klein und das dazugehörige Bad resp. Dusche waren eine Zumutung. Null Bewegungsfreiheit.

Das Chalet ist insgesamt schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet..

Die Terrasse war enttäuschend – sie besteht aus alten Brettern und ist renovierungsbedürftig, was den Aufenthalt draußen weniger angenehm gemacht hat.

Kitzbühel ist einfach toll.

Die Lage ist schön. Ruhig mit Blick auf die Streif Abfahrt

Manches wackelt und braucht mal einen Schraubenzieher. Mit der Reinigung nimmt man es nicht so genau. Haben einen Socken im Schrank gefunden.

Auf den ersten Blick eine großzügige Wohnung mit schönem Ambiente! Eine super Lage mit Blick auf die Streif, traumhaft ruhig und idyllische Terrasse.☀️

Leider nicht so im Detail: die Elektrik teilweise angeklebt ; bestimmt gefährlich. Die Bäder teilweise mit schimmeligem Silikon, Armaturen wackelig, billige Einbauschränke. Das kleine Bad: eine relative Zumutung! Der elektrische Kamin riecht wie angeschmort. Die Küchengeräte sind in die Jahre gekommen.
