Nice location in Kitzbuhl

The host is very pleasant and responsive to whatever your needs are. He also managed to get us a free parking spot during our stay. The property is close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. There is a nice balcony and partial views of the mountains

I had been wanting to stay at this property because it looked really nice in the photos. The reality was a bit disappointing- the bathroom wasn’t great and we had to wash all the pots/pans before we could use them because they were dirty. There were some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I wished I had rebooked the place we stayed in last year instead. The fridge froze some of our food so we had to throw it away which was annoying.

Comfortable, Clean and Super Helpful Host! - would highly recommend

We had a great stay- the communication was great, apartment comfortable and clean. The host was super friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage locker before check in and after check out to get some extra time skiing. Location was ideal- centre of town with less than 10 minute walk to the ski lift. Super comfortable beds and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Small apartment in elegant building.

Small but impressive apartment in an elegant building with a vague hunting ambience. Not a heat trap - with the windows and curtains closed it stays cool during the day. Lift, though it doesn't completely avoid stairs. Dishwasher. Fan oven. WiFi is fast enough for streaming, though bring a streaming stick. Within walking distance of the attractive part near the tourist office. Shops nearby. Host has excellent English and was very friendly and helpful.

Bit tricky to find, especially if you have to drive round the back of the house next door to reach any allocated parking spot. Almost no kitchen cupboard space. Bar stools don't really work as seating so if you're eating in you'll be at the table on the balcony which is fine especially in warm weather. Could stand a more comfortable sofa. Hot water is slightly erratic at times. Could stand more mugs and teaspoons. I note there has been some mention of a smell in the hallway but honestly it was so slight I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't seen it mentioned by other people. I'm also not fussed about the lack of a washing machine as there's a laundromat about ten minutes walk away.

Delightful

What a beautiful gem of an apartment just outside the city walls in a perfect location . The decor was very luxurious and very well equipped! Comfortable beds and lovely balcony with views of the mountains to the side. Close to the station and shops. Alex the owner was very friendly and so helpful in his suggestions. And of course what a treat to be welcomed with a bottle of chilled Prosecco and chocolate. We will stay there again when we visit Kitzbuhel in the future 😊

The property is 10/10, everything is perfect ! Highly recommended, also the host welcome us with a great hello , bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. The flat is comfy, super clean, even the bed smells super nice (7 stars), close to the city - all kitchen appliances were available.

Nice apartment

Great communication with the host who let us check in earlier as we arrived much earlier as expected. We were also able to park the car in the parking spot of one of the other tenants without having to pay extra which was very appreciated. Prosecco and chocolate on arrivals were a nice touch. The building has a storage room for skis/snowboards and a boot warmer.

The apartment could need more plates. A coffee table in front of the sofa would make it more comfortable. There was a very unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the hallway.

Amazing experience

I arrived at time of Christmas eve and Alex "owner" completed all necessary preparations and made note of required instructions through WhatsApp message ahead of our arrival. He made it very clear and our check-in was very easy and everything was setup as per our request that we needed no help or support. This location offers larger accommodation than most of the places in Kitzbühel and with really good price 👍😁
