A very nice apartment, the nespresso pods and instant coffee were great to have! The host was responsive to questions. B
Perfect location, roomy, comfortable home, good value! We didn’t drive but there seems to be parking behind the apartment. The bedroom windows look out to the Hannenkam lift. The Hannenkam train station is a 4 minute walk up from the apt.
Didn’t know front door locks after a certain time (good for security) which caught us off guard. We found that the back door is open for access.

Clean and a great location for both access to ski lifts, and restaurants
Very little communication. Too few towels for the length of our stay and no where to hang them. The second bedroom had no night stands for items, and no place to hang clothes except a coat tree.

The washing machine didn’t work, and the deadlock on the front door was broken. Also, no instructions on what to do with our rubbish.

Very good
Overall, we had a lovely stay at the Toni Sailer Haus. It was in the perfect location to walk to the ski slopes but also wander around town and the Christmas markets. Despite being on a main street, it wasn't too noisy and we loved overlooking the street to people watch. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped and great for cooking in, especially on Christmas Day. The hosts were quick to respond and made it easy to check-in and out. We felt quite at home during our stay.

Lage Lage Lage
Die Lage in Kitzbühel ist unschlagbar. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Hahnenkammbahn fußläufig in 5 Minuten, eigener geräumiger Parkplatz. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Check In und Out: Schlüssel im Shop rechts der Haustüre abholen. Haus und Apartment sind allerdings schon etwas die Jahre gekommen und wir hatten auch schon bequemere Betten.
