In addition, a large double room 1. 80m bed with attached ensuite bathroom with shower / tub. In the spacious living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and another open gallery with a 1.80m double bed.
The cozy seating area offers space for 6-8 people and the new fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook extensively. The large open fireplace leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment is lined all around by a terrace with a view of the Hahnenkamm and offers plenty of space to relax with plenty of seating.
The entire chalet has 3 parking spaces for common use.
In the absolutely quiet part of Kitzbühel you will find this newly designed Alpine style house. Skiing, golfing or hiking, everything in the immediate vicinity.
