Great Apartment overall

Location is great, with a short 10 min walk to the Hahnenkamm lift. There are lots of restaurants close by typically 4 to 5 mins walk. The apartment was spacious and clean.

There were a few items in the kitchen we could have done with, such as a toaster, larger serving spoons for getting eggs from pans and a small welcome pack of milk, orange, bread and butter would have been handy, as we arrived late.

Es war alles wunderbar, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, viel Information in und um Kitzbühel, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinen Tabs usw alles vorhanden… ist nicht üblich bei Selbstversorger Appartements..

Der Aufenthalt hätte perfekt sein können, wurde durch diese Mängel und die Zahlungsproblematik jedoch deutlich getrübt

Tolle Lage und das Appartement hat einen modernen, stilvollen Einrichtungsstil.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön, jedoch war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft enttäuschend, der Mülleimer noch voll vom vorherigen Gast, im Schlafzimmer stand ein Wäscheständer mit fremder Wäsche, und in der Dusche lagen Haare. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass es bei der Abrechnung zu komplizierten Zahlungsproblemen kam – einschließlich einer nachträglichen Forderung von 100 € für eine zusätzliche Person, die weder in den Hausregeln noch in der Buchungsbeschreibung erwähnt war. Das wirkte insgesamt unprofessionell.
