The perfect alpine props

What did we like? Everything. A superb place to stay - so relaxing with an outstanding view. It is fully equipped with nothing left out. We cannot praise this property enough - if it is available, we suggest you book it immediately as you will not be disappointed. Just a note of warning- the property is up the mountain and is a steep narrow winding road to get to it.

Difficult to think that it could get much better

It was very clean with lots of thoughtful and useful touches from soap to kitchen stapes such as flour, oils and salt and pepper and much more. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfy. There was drying rack for ski boots. Two showers and a bath were much appreciated. Monika was extremely welcoming and helpful with a welcome bottle of wine too. It was only a 10 min drive to nearest ski lift with free parking there. The house was lovely and warm.

Nothing really. Only that pillows weren’t great but very normal for Austria I’m sure.

Excellent place for a family ski vacation

The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 kids) ski vacation - spacious and clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, convenient parking, rack to dry ski boots, complete privacy, and wifi. Monika, the host, was super nice, accommodating to our very late arrival, quick to answer our questions, and helped with everything that we needed. We stayed for 8 days and went skiing every day - the Hahnenkammbahn ski lift was less than 10 minutes away by car. The kitchen is well stocked to cook any meal (although we went to town every night to try Tyrolean cuisine and only used it for breakfast). We would (and will) stay here again!

Real 3 bedroom. Beautiful valley and Mountain View from the rooms and wrap around balcony. Very large and comfortable. Only 8 minutes drive to Kitzski Fleckalmbahn…

Exceptional

The property is up a very steep windy road so be prepared. that said it was well plowed and maintained. Has a beautiful view of the valley & is very comfortable and clean. Monika is lovely and friendly. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make meals there, comfortable beds, large combination living room/ dining room.This is a true three bedroom with the bedrooms upstairs and living area downstairs. A short drive to Kitzski.

Amazing stay for a ski holiday

Monika was a superb host and her property is amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for big family dinners, and Monika has included so many touches to make her guests comfortable - games, toys for kids, a crib and changing table, etc. We strongly recommend staying here, and cannot wait to come back ourselves!!

Excellent, super en top !

Schoon ruim appartement met fantastisch uitzicht vanaf altijd zonnig balkon rondom. Weg naar chalet wordt in winter vrij gehouden, dus binnen enkele minuten in Kitzbuhl of liften bij Kirchberg. Veel mogelijkheden voor wandelen in de omgeving (o.a. Reith). Eigenaresse Monika is zeer gastvrij en we voelden ons direct thuis. De uitrusting van de woning is ook top.

מקום מדהים, נוף עוצר נשימה , מרחבים עצומים גם בבית וגם בחוץ. אפשר פשוט לצאת מהבית ולהתחיל מסלולי טיול בטבע. הבית מאובזר באופן מלא כולל פינוקים, מוניקה בעלת הבית נדיבה, נחמדה, חייכנית ונותנת המלצות מעולות ומועילות. עלייה של 2.5 ק"מ מהכביש הראשי רק מעצימה את השקט והיופי של המקום, כולל חיות בר שונות בדרך, ועדיין מרחק של דקות בודדות מסופרמרקט, מסעדות ואטרקציות שונות.

לא חושב שמישהו התארח ומצא דברים שלא אהב... אנחנו לא נתקלנו בכאלה

Idyllische Weihnachtsunterkunft

Uns hat vor allem das große Wohnzimmer mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick gefallen! Zu Weihnachten war es ein Traum. Ebenso die Hilfbereitschaft von der Monika hat uns den Aufenthalt verschönert!

Héérlijk!

Schoon huis, met een heerlijke ruime woonkamer en een aparte keuken. 3 (waarvan 2 ruime) slaapkamers boven met heerlijke (schone) bedden. Heel fijn de 2 badkamers met in 1 naast een douche ook een bad. Beddengoed en handdoeken bij de prijs in.

Als ik dan écht iets moet bedenken: een spiegeltje in de toilet beneden en een toiletrolhouder met ruimte voor een reserve rol. Daarmee een 10+! 😉
