We had a great stay! Convenient location, comfy and great value!

The apartment is as shown in pictures. Great to have a one bedroom with seating for eating and relaxing on the couch. The bathroom was small but met our needs. The location was good, bus stops nearby to take you to the gondolas. The supermarket across the street was super helpful and having a kitchen was really useful. Would stay again!

Home like stay 2 minutes away from the centre of Kitzbuhel

Great location - 2 minutes by car from the center of Kitzbuhel and a quick walk across the street from a bunch of supermarkets including great breakfast sandwitch selection at baguette. Free parking and no problems at all with car arrival. Room was clean and spacious, and the host, Johanna was super helpful. She welcomed us and made us feel at home, recommended best ski runs to take, parkings to park at and restaurants to eat in, which was great help as we were in Kitzbuhel for the first time ever.

Cosy and quiet, good value.

Our hostess was very friendly and responsive. Checkin was straightforward. Despite being near a busy street, the room was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was cosy and clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our meal preparations.

The internet was very unstable and inadequate, cutting out for long periods almost every time we tried to use it. The buses are infrequent, especially on holidays and often full. The sidewalks were sometimes too icy to walk on. Despite the town being only 20 minutes' walk away, we had to cancel plans for going into town on occasion. The room lighting was dim, but our hostess provided a second lamp which helped.

The a property was fabulously located and had everything we needed. Hot shower and great warm apartment. Eurospar across the road and near bus stop. 10 minute walk to town

Great price makes up for slightly disappointing accommodation.

Great location, only ten minute walk to town centre. Free parking and adjacent to supermarkets across the road. Good value for money.

Room was rather small for a two week stay. The sloping roof line and lack of balcony made the room feel rather claustrophobic (although the host did allow us to use the garden whenever we wanted). The toilet and shower were very cramped - not suitable to taller people at all.

perfect house for ski trip in Kitzbuhel

Johanna is such a nice host and introduced me the best ski piste of Kitzbuhel and beyond. The house is also very close to three supermarkets.

Excellent value for money

The apartment was clean, spacious, warm and has a very good kitchen. Supermarket across the road. Johanna was very helpful. Excellent value for money.

A 15 min walk to the main gondola may not suit some, but it's not a big deal and there are plenty of buses.

Antoi rahalle hyvän vastineen. Kauppojen läheisyys, viihtyisä parveke, ei itikoita.

Vc oli hieman ahdas. Suihkun pidike tullut käyttöikänsä loppuun. Ja olihan siellä yli 30 asteiswn helleviikon aikana päivälllä vähän kuuma. Yöllä kuitenkin tuulettimen avulla sai hyvin nukutuksi

Das Appartement war ok, bis auf die angemerkten Mängel, die Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch

Die Lage war sehr gut zum Tennis-Stadion - ca 7 min Gehzeit

Wir waren im Appartement 4 (Dachgeschoß); Das hauseigene WLAN konnten wir auf unseren mobilen Geräten an keinem der Auftenthaltstage finden, hatten aber unseren eigenen Router mit die Filter-Kaffeemaschine staute das Wasser im Filter und konnte nur 'manuell' in die Kanne geleitet werden, das Ersatzgerät benötigte ca 25 min für ca 750 ml Kaffee, alle anderen benutzten Küchengeräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Trotz (großem) Isolier-Dachflächenfenster nachts starker Verkehrslärm, da sich das Schlafzimmer unmittelbar an der Durchzugsstraße befindet. Die Raumhöhe des SZ war sehr niedrig, wir haben entgegen der vorgesehenen Bett-Richtung geschlafen und trotzdem war mit meinen 176 Körpergröße beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett Vorsicht geboten, um sich nicht den Kopf an der Decke anzuschlagen)

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Obiekt wprawdzie przy ulicy, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Bliskość sklepów i przystanków autobusowych ułatwia życie niezmotoryzowanym. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka z własnej inicjatywy odebrała nas z dworca. Mieliśmy też możliwość pozostania dłużej w pokoju, co było dla nas ważne ze względu na późny pociąg powrotny.

Sehr gute Lage, obwohl direkt an der lauten Bundesstraße.

Einiges: Nur ein paar Punkte. Das Mobilar aus den 1900 Hunderter Jahren erfüllt sein Zweck. Was aber gar nicht geht ist eine Ausziehcouch mit daraufliegender Matratze. Toilette ist undicht und nicht fest. Ständig läuft Wasser durchs Bad. Hoffentlich nur Wasser. Fernsehempfang ist auf allen Kanälen nur durch ständige Tonaussetzer möglich. Küche: Kein brauchbares Messer um etwas zu schneiden. Wir hatten Zimmer 2 im 1. Stock.

Super dovolená a ubytování

Paní majitelka byla super. Počkala na nás, přestože měl vlak zpoždění. Ukázala nám celý pokoj, lyžárnu a vysoušeč lyžařských bot. Nabídla, že je celou dobu k dispozici na mobilu. Poslední den, kdy jsem se na sjezdovce zranil, tak nás dokonce ochotně odvezla k vlakové zastávce (což sama nabídla). Byli jsme naprosto spokojení s přístupem a ubytováním po celou dobu.
