Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt zwischen dem Bereich Kitzbühel und Jochberg. Sie ist nur 4 Auto-Minuten von der Bahn in Jochberg entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich super wohl: Ein Mix aus Moderne und Tradition. Es ist auch sehr ruhig, die sonstigen Bewohner sind nicht zu hören. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man kann gut selbst kochen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine schöne Eckbank und ein kleines aber feines Sofa.
Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Badezimmer, welches von 3 Zimmern zu erreichen ist. Man kann es aber von allen 3 Seiten abschließen, daher Kritik auf hohem Niveau (eher ungewohnt). Es ist sehr sauber und ausreichend groß und bietet sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
