Special place.

Lovely large apartment. Easy ride into town. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. We liked the 2 bathrooms.

Some difficulty accessing the apartment and getting it warm. No microwave made it difficult to heat things up.

Very comfortable, lovely aspect, well-provisioned, very helpful host, handy for golf, accepts pets, good parking, great walking nearby, lovely and bright.

A washing-machine would be handy for longer stays. Quite a high surcharge for the dog (35€).

In few words: above my expectations.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable with a beautiful mountain's view. It's a typical mountain's apartment with a refined interior. More than I expected from the pictures posted on booking.com. The bathroom is very spacious and clean like the others rooms. It's not so far from the center of Kitzbhuel (reachable also by walking) and very near to Schwarzsee (a very nice lake where you can pass also all day). The hostess was very hospitable, and she was very disposed to give us advice about what to do.

uneingeschränkt Empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 2 Doppelbetten und einer Doppel-Schlafcouch - problemlos für 6 erwachsene Personen geeignet. Gut und funktional eingerichtet - es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben beispielsweise jeden Abend gekocht. Die beiden Bäder waren gut dimensioniert und jeweils mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet. Der Balkon war sehr groß und hatte ab mittags Sonne. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat auf Fragen sehr schnell reagiert. Für Autos gibt es ausreichend Plätze in den beiden Carports. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich allerdings: Die Teller passen wg. ihrer Größe nicht in die Spülmaschine, so dass wir am Ende doch jeden Abend spülen mussten.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, es fehlte an nichts.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, aber für einen Kurztrip kann man gut damit leben.

Geweldig appartement, zeer ruim en comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfect voor ons gezin van 6 personen. Op 5 minuten rijden van pistes.
