Beautiful place in the mountain

Beautiful view, very cosy place, well maintained, hosts very helpful and welcoming. The appartment is warm (winter), well equipped, there is everything you may need- kitchen allows for cooking, there was tee and coffe capsules available, salt, oil. We also received very nice welcome gift- fresh fruits and could get fresh milk and rolls every morning.

Nothing we didn’t like. Smth you may need to prepare yourself or be easy with- the house is located up the hill, which allows for great rest and beautiful view but if you like being around restaurants/ shops- you need a car and drive down to the town. Also driving up might be challenging in the winter. Chains are required. We never needed them (end Dec), the snow was cleaned from the road but you need to have them.

Wonderful accommodation in the Austrian Alps

Hof Hamoos is the perfect place to stay in the beautiful Kitzbuhel area. The apartment is lovely and spacious with stunning views from the large balconies at both front and back of the property. It is really comfortable, clean and well equipped and just a few minutes from the nearest chairlift. The hosts are very friendly and kind and we felt thoroughly refreshed after our 4 night stay in this peaceful, rural setting. Thanks so much and hope to see you again soon!

A wonderfull and pleasent stay!

The location is amazing. A marvelous view of the valley below and towering pieks that overshaduw them. The night sky is amazing, we were able to see the milkyway and shooting stars! The host is very friendly and helpfull. I can highly recommend anyone to visit this accomodation!

Great hosts, amazing views

Helga is a wonderful host, kind and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We cooked our own meals and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you need. The views are spectacular. The place is peaceful, close to the skiing slopes yet away from the noise of big hotels and restaurants. The road up the mountain can be challenging in the winter, so all wheel drive is helpful. The hosts were very good at removing the snow before we were ready to go skiing. Overall an amazing place!

Beautiful spot! Great view, great price

The view was amazing. The house is at 1000m height, a 15min drive from the center of the popular Kitzbühel. The location is great! Because the house is basically halfway up the mountains, the views are amazing. And also it’s a great place to start your hiking tours. No car needed for that. A chair lift (Bichelalm) is located at only a 5 min walking distance from the house. The house itself is gorgeous too. It’s traditional (the family has lived there for many generations), but recently renovated. It’s quiet and the surroundings are beautiful.

It was a great place. All the basic necessities were there. For a family it would be nice to have a washing machine available. The place is best for a maximum of four.

Komfortní ubytování na krásném klidném místě nad městem

Velmi přátelská komunikace již od rezervace. Při příjezdu nás čekala majitelka, která bydlí v přízemí, předala nám klíče a vše ukázala. Apartmán měl jednu ložnici se 4 postelemi, dobře vybavenou kuchyňku s posezením, koupelnu s toaletou a další pokoj, který jsme využili pro hraní dětí. (je zde velká televize, filmy a hry k zapůjčení). K apartmánu je možné pronajmout ještě vedlejší samostatný pokoj s manželskou postelí, který má vlastní toaletu s umyvadlem. Majitelka je velice přátelská a vstřícná, nabídla nám i vlastní a místní produkty (vajíčka, mléko, sýr, marmeládu). Postele byly pohodlné, pokoje teplé v okolí klid a čistý vzduch. Do centra Kitzbühlu je to jen pár minut autem. Bylo nás celkem 5 a pobyt jsme si skvěle užili. Moc děkujeme a doporučujeme!

Das Hotel ist nicht nur in einer sehr schönen Lage hoch oben auf einem Hügel in Kitzbühel umgeben von Natur und Frieden, sondern die Eigentümer sind auch sehr herzlich. Sie gehen aus dem Weg, um Ihren Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu machen, und helfen Ihnen in jeder Hinsicht. Es gibt eine Menge Dinge für kleine Kinder, sei es Spielzeug, Puzzles, Schaukeln und vieles mehr. Und dann sind da noch die Tiere auf dem Bauernhof. Alles in allem ist es eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Ich kann einen Besuch und Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, gemütlichen Wohnung mit ebenso herzlichen Gastgebern nur empfehlen.

Slvělé místo

Neskutečný výhled z balkónu na hory. Byt/apartmán byl v prvním patře, čisťounký, kuchyň velmi dobře vybavená. V jednom pokoji bylo i umyvadlo s vodou. Všude ticho a klid. S pronajímací rodinou jsme se jen málo viděli. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

Schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir haben ein paar Tage hier verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Hof Hamoos ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Zimmer war sauber und vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet.

Einfach perfekt- Besser gehts nicht!!!

Wunderschöne Lage! Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der kleinen (aber feinen) Küche findet man wirklich alles das man zum Kochen braucht. Auch Reinigungsmittel, Geschirrtücher usw das man in viele andere Ferienwohnungen mitnehmen muss ist vorhanden. Auch Kinder sind herzlich willkommen, im Wohnzimmer gibt es einige Spiele und Malsachen für verschiedene Altersgruppen.
