Roomy apartment at a riding stable.
The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything inside was clean and well kept. Make sure you schedule some riding.
Boot warmers would be nice since we were here for skiing.

Very happy
This is a charming, typically-furnished Tyrolean lodge. Our suite had a wrap-around terrace. Isn't wasn't fancy, but it was wonderful. Loved that it is also a horse farm. Loved seeing and hearing the horses at pasture.
It is far out of town. Buses don't run as regularly as I would have like, but they DO run.

beautiful place to stay near kitzbuhel
the bus to the ski area runs infrequently (it's still usable). taxi from hannenkahm station is 25 euro, so use the bus when you can. it's a long walk to the supermarket but it's doable.

Mysig semester på gård
Stor, mysig och mkt fint städad lägenhet. Bra utrustat kök. Härligt med hästarna på gården. Trevlig personal. Närheten till Kitzbuhel, som du lätt når med bil. Vi reste med vår hund, många fina vandringsleder vid boendet. Närheten att kunna vandra till restauranger. Återkommer gärna!

Gemischte Erfahrungen in schöner Lage
Schöne Lage auf einem Pferdehof, ländlich und grundsätzlich ruhig gelegen Authentischer Hofbetrieb, für Pferdefreunde sicher interessant Die Ferienwohnung ist funktional ausgestattet und grundsätzlich nutzbar Geeignet für Gäste, die bewusst das Leben auf einem Hof erleben möchten
Die Wohnung lag direkt neben einer Pferdebox, wodurch es bereits ab ca. 5:30 Uhr morgens sehr laut war Für einen Urlaub war die frühe Geräuschkulisse für uns störend. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entsprach nicht ganz dem Preisniveau Die Möbel wirkten etwas zusammengewürfelt und wenig hochwertig Ein Bett war extrem klapprig und machte bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche (selbst für einen 16-Jährigen nicht akzeptabel) Im Badezimmer traten Silberfische auf Insgesamt empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als nicht ganz stimmig
