A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel. The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

The host is very friendly and especially after a long drive it is very nice. The house is conveniently located, you can walk to the ski elevator in Kitzski or take a bus to the Brixen im Thale valley where you can ski in the SkiWelt resort. The apartment is clean and pleasant. There is storage space for skis and snowboards in the basement and a dryer for your sports boots. I really liked that everything was pleasant, simple and straightforward with attention to detail. You don't depend on check-in times like many places, you can check in without bothering anyone. This is a nice and nicely priced place that is perfect for two people on a ski trip.

Great place in luxurious area! It’s my first ski trip to Kizbuhel, and even though the weather was not ideal for skiing, I had great time. The place was new or recently renovated, so it was really clean and nicely equipped with new furniture and kitchen essentials. It’s only 7ish min walk to gondola and located within short walking distance to everything. Most of all, the property manager, Alexander, was very thoughtful and responsive. Check in and out processes were very easy and convenient, and he changed our Nespresso coffee machines in hours when I couldn’t make coffee. I definitely want to come back and stay there, hopefully soon and much snowier…

They just finished updating/renovating the rooms to very modern standard. Very simple, functional, clean, and modern apartments with just the right amount of space for 1-4. Nice size bedroom. Extra room adjacent to the kitchen if folks are willing to sleep on the floor. Great location. Balconies are nice. Sliding doors to balconies are nice cause they open in a couple different ways for ventilation. The automatic shade for the bedroom works great and adjustable to whatever someone may want. No need to go out for every meal because there is a nice oven, stove, mini fridge to keep essentials cold. Shower room was nice. bed was very comfortable. Good view from top floor facing the street. Ill be staying here again if I ever travel back to Kitzbühel. Also Alex was very helpful and available for all questions about the area.
