Lieb, nett, zünftig, erholsam.

Ruhige Lage am Berg, etwas abgelegen; zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. ; mit dem Auto hinunter 10Min. zum Billa und Spar. Die Bergers waren sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Auch die Hühner (5 Stück) rundeten den Aufenthalt zünftig ab.

Leider kein Frühstück, wollten ein Zimmer und kein App. zur Selbstversorgung; hatten wir beim Buchen übersehen und konnten es leider nicht mehr stornieren.

Sehr schön und ruhig.

das Frühstück haben wir selbst zubereitet und dann bei gutem Wetter immer im Garten gesessen, teilweise haben uns auch die Hühner besucht und sich gefreut, wenn es noch einen Happen für sie gab. Das selbe war auch meistens beim Abendessen. Wir haben auch eine tolle Rundreise an mehreren Tagen unternommen und sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt. Die Betreuung war sehr gut und freundlichst.

Location did require a car as a 5 min drive out of central Kitzbuhel up a steep hill. However with a car and if wanting a nice quiet location with great views - then it’s very good.

We were very satisfied with our choice

It is very comfortable appartment ,enough place for 3-4 people( we were 2 adults and a child) with all winter equipment.The appartment is without breakfast, but there is good equipped kitchen. The location is wonderfull out of town quite pastoral place, but you need a car to get there

Quiet, friendly accommodation with everything needed for an easy ski break

Plenty of space for a small family. Easy to walk down into Kitzbuhel and easier to take a taxi back up the hill! well situated for all of the ski area. Monika was extremely helpful throughout and made up for our poor German language with her excellent English

Exceptional

Very hospitable hosts, room was very clean & the room was quiet throughout. With regular use of the local taxi service the trip into Kitzbuhel was easy. Would definitely stay here again especially with the competitive pricing! :)
