Comfy and close to everything you need

Spacious, clean, bed was comfy. Close walk to town but nice and quiet! A 15 min easy walk from main lift, but also bus outside front door if don’t feel like walking. Service was personable, Geoff gave lots of good recommendations for food and drink and was overall very accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Convenient location, mostly good stay.

A comfortable bed! Plenty of space. In town, easy walk to main gondolas, train station, supermarkets etc. Convenient having a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods and some basics provided. Thomas helpful. Safe & secure.

Internet not great. Smell of smoke & noise from small pub below when in bedroom. No soundproofing to neighbours. (FYI - loft conversion with a very low sloping ceiling and up 3 flights of stairs)

Great location near lifts and town centre. Helpful welcome, bonus having nearby car parking space. Great response from owner when we had a small problem. Very clean, slept well in lovely bedroom.

There is noise from nearby church bells but you soon get used to it.

Location, and facilities. Could not fault host. Nearer than I dared hope to The Hahnenkamm. Had assumed that as it was called HornHaus, it was near the Horn. Not so!

Radiator boxes coming off walls. Patio door filthy. Poor paintwork. Bulbs not working (above cooker). Velux in kitchen filthy. Wifi signal not good enough for TV. Toilet roof height very low - unable to stand. Ad says bathroom - but no bath. (Had expected 2 bathrooms as flat was advertised to sleep 6

Spacious, comfortable with a view to die for

Our second stay in Hornhaus. This time we stayed in the very top floor apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. By far the highlight was the superb views from the balcony. Panoramic view of both the Hahnenkamm and Wilder Kaiser.

As it is on the top floor, there are quite a lot of stairs to climb. However, good for the fitness and the view is definitely worth it!

Wonderful place. Location is excellent, the town is at walking distance and you have magnificent views of the mountains and ski slopes from the kitchen. Finished with everything you need and up to date. The rates are below market in my view. Above all the owner is super friendly and very helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

Clean, bright and airy apartment, right next to ski bus stop for easy access to the main ski slope.

Clear instructions to collect keys from the key safe and easy to follow instructions for parking, plus lots of information about buses and nearby restaurants and things to do. Apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Though we didn’t really do any cooking, there was all the equipment needed should we have wanted to. Would def recommend this apartment.

Vi hade en drömvecka i Kitzbühel!! Älskade att bo så centralt! Geoff var en perfekt värd!

Svårslaget läge, bara ett par minuters promenad till gondolerna, restauranger och affärer. Bussen till liftar längre bort går precis utanför dörren. Nyrenoverade duschar. Geoff är en härlig och trevlig värd som svarar snabbt och hjälper till med det du behöver.

Möjligen lite lågt i tak för långa svenskar på vissa ställen, hade varit skönt med 2 toaletter samt om vi hade fått en nyckel till pjäxskåpet i trapphuset.

Väldigt smidigt och bekvämt med parkering som ingick och gångavstånd till restauranger,shopping och lift. Välutrustad lä

Jättemysig lägenhet med jättebra läge nära centrum och nära till skidbuss. Vi hyrde skidor och fick möjlighet att förvara utrustningen vid liften, så vi tog en promenad på ca 10min till liften.

Lite lågt till tak på toaletten,hade varit bra med en till toalett.

Die Lage in Zentrumsnähe war sehr gut. Küchenausstattung war reichhaltig.

In den Beschreibungen haben wir keinen Hinweis auf die Position der Wohnung im 3. OG ohne Aufzug gefunden. Dies war für meine Frau nach zwei Knie-Ops unzumutbar. Die Wohnung roch intensiv nach Zigarettenrauch.

Aardig appartement, maar met ruimte voor verbetering

Locatie, bedden, de ruimte vd grote slaapkamer, mooi uitzicht, fijn balkon.

Entree (volle overloop tussen app 8 en 9), skihok klein en niet verwarmd, gammele eetkamerstoel, vieze afzuigkap, stinkende vaatwasser, kastdeur voor glazen bleef niet open (geen veer), geen info map, grote slaapkamer vol met extra bed en babystoel, douche liep over, geen rolgordijn maar vuilniszak en 1 kapot rolgordijn, badkamer vieze dweil, lag allemaal zeep in la, slaapkamerdeur sluit niet goed, heel gehorig.
