Fantastisch!

We werden ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en voor aankomst nog even gebeld om de sleuteloverdracht te bespreken. De ligging is fantastisch. Veel wandelmogelijkheden direct vanuit het appartement. Het appartement is ruim. Mooie badkamer, nette functionele keuken, goede bedden en een klein balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Het is een mooi, oud gebouw waarin het appartement zich bevindt.

Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden, maar de stoeltjes op het balkon hadden iets comfortabeler gemogen.

Unterkunft im Bauernhaus mit einigen Schwächen

Größe des Appartements ist recht ansprechend. Optisch ist es auch nicht schlecht, aber genau hinschauen darf man halt nicht. Für Kitzbühel Verhältnisse ist die Unterkunft zumindest eher günstig.

An der Sauberkeit muss in diesem Appartment gearbeitet werden. Die Fotos hier schmeicheln der Unterkunft sehr. Schmutzige Vorhänge, Sitzpolster auf der Couch, usw... sollten einfach nicht sein. Der Gastgeber war nur beim Check-In anzutreffen. Dann haben wir ihn die nächsten Tage nicht mehr gesehen. Die Appartments laufen neben der Landwirtschaft einfach so mit und es wird sich gefühlt wenig darum gekümmert. Der Hof liegt direkt neben der sehr stark befahrenen Bundesstraße. Fenster sind aufgrund des Straßenlärms nicht zum öffnen geeignet. Man kann sich in der Unterkunft auch nur im Zimmer aufhalten, da keine Außenanlagen (Sitzgelegenheiten, odgl...) vorhanden sind. Beim Check-Out war auch niemand da und auch nicht zu erreichen. Wir haben die Schlüssel bei der Abreise dann einfach im Appartement zurück gelassen. Hatten wir in dieser Form auch noch nie.

Casa singola dal fascino e gusto tipici. Proprietario molto cordiale e gentile. Salviette e lenzuola pulite.

La premessa è che con lo stesso nome “pöllhof” ci sono più appartamenti e le foto durante la prenotazione con booking sono mischiate. Noi ci aspettavamo appartamento moderno (al quale appartengono il maggior numero di foto pubblicate) e appena ristrutturato ma… sorpresa! Dépendance antica di cui solo 2 foto online. Pulizia molto da migliorare: ragnatele e ragni ovunque, cucina dalla pulizia minima, stoviglie e attrezzatura della cucina non sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti, terrazzino da pulire, edera che ricopre parte della facciata si insinua in camera tra tetto e parete.

Schöner Zwischenstopp in den Bergen nähe Kitzbühel

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist sehr schön groß und geräumig. Die Wanne im Schlafzimmer schon ein Highlight Wandermöglichkeiten direkt in der Umgebung, Supermarkt nicht weit weg. Der Blick auf die Berge wunderschön.

Leider bereits etwas abgewohnt.

Lage und Größe der Unterkunft, schön eingerichtet, moderne Küche

Der modrige, muffige Geruch im Hausgang und im Zimmer.. es war leider nicht angenehm, wenn man geruchsempfindlich ist. Sonst eine schöne Unterkunft mit problemlosen Check-in.

Geräumige Wohnung, freundlicher Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, inklusive offener Küche und zwei getrennten Zimmern. Die Zimmer haben jeweils ein Bad. Bei einem Zimmer ein kleineres Bad mit Dusche mit WC. Beim anderen Zimmer gibt es neben WC und Dusche auch eine freistehende Badewanne. Es gibt auch ein Balkon, das aus dem Wohnzimmer und aus dem größeren Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Die Küche ist mit Kochplatte, Herd, Mikrowelle und einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einer Hauptstrasse, ist aber dank isolierten Fenstern nicht störend. Alles in allem haben wir uns die drei Tage wohlgefühlt.

Generell hat uns die Wohnung zugesagt. Manches gehört aus unserer Sicht erneuert, verbessert. So sind zum Beispiel die roten Sessel (Stühle) in der Küche schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Kissen auf dem Sofa gehören gereinigt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist teilweise rar (Gläser, Becher). Auf jeden Fall sollte ein Elektriker die Wohnung durchschauen: Lichtschalter und Steckdosen sind zum Teil kaputt. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer hat sich die Beleuchtung teilweise selbständig gemacht. Beim Eingang ins Haus riechte es etwas muffig. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, gibt aber gleich beim Ankommen kein so tolles Gefühl. Bei den Fernsehern hat man nur jeden zehnten Sender empfangen können, keine Ahnung was wir da verkehrt gemacht haben. WLAN könnte besser verteilt sein, an manchen Stellen in der Wohnung gibt es kein Empfang.

The apartment was very cold during the first night. Asked for the temperature to be increased during the second. No washing soap in bathroom, had to go out and buy.

Big Appartment, nice view, close to one of the gondola which makes it perfect for skiers.

The place was very dirty, even though I specifically asked for a good cleaning before arriving (after reading the comments). Spider nets and dust everywhere, ash tray full on the balcony. Too bad because otherwise it is nice.
