Nice apartment, but lacking investment in ammenities

Great location, set up and decor.

It’s a lovely apartment but lacking ongoing investment in the facilities for a long term stay. For example the washing machine and dishwasher both need upgrades and the shower is extremely old and challenging to get into. It’s a nice apartment, but given the cost it could do with some upgrades. Our ensuite shower also had a really bad smell which made it unusable - the landlords came to provide a temporary solution.

It was ok, although I thought I was booking something much nicer.

Comfortable and clean

It was not what I thought I booked. The pictures were scrambled with another property so I thought I was booking the better property. It was misleading. The views were only of streets. Not inspiring.

We had an incredible stay and would come back again!

We liked the spacious rooms, the washer dryer and dish washer.

Bathroom was a bit difficult to shower in. Very loud if people are staying in the apartment above and beside.

great apartment, perfect for Austrian ski trip.

great space for 6 adults. great to have good size bedrooms and double beds. plenty of storage space. good equipment in the kitchen . brilliant location, central to town. only 10 mins walk to cable / ski station. light and warm . great coffee machine. good shower in main bathroom . v comfortable.

only one toilet for 6 adults. shower ensuite fixings/ mixer scalding . little noisy at night from street location .

All in all a nice appartement with a good location

Good location, close to Hahnenkammbahn, restaurants, shops, ski rental.

A little bit of traffic, not fully equipped kitchen, bathroom can be upgraded.

Good apartment in Kitz

The apartment was clean and well equipped. There was a great coffee machine with beans (supplied). The kitchen had everything including oil / tea / salt. The apartment is big enough for 5 people. the location in centric with advantage of walking in evening to a very beautiful city center and restaurants. Rope park 10 min drive. Supermarket near by. There was a washing machine and dryer which where great to use.

The location is on a main rode, so for those who are not used to the noise of the cars in the morning is not a nice wake up. The direction from booking takes you to a different apartment of the same owner (chalet belle kits) with same code on the box but there where people there so we had to call the owner...

Great base to enjoy kitzbuhel

Clean, airy apartment, comfortable for 3 couples (6 adults). Good sized bedrooms and really comfortable beds and lots of clothes hanging space and draws. Kitchen had all you need to cater at home if you would like. Good balconies to sit outside too.(see views from both in photos) Location is a 10 minutes walk in street shoes/boots from the main hahnenkalmbahn, a good warm up for the ski legs in the morning.. We had lockers at the lift station for skis, boards and boots. Easy 5 minutes walk to kitzbuhel centre.nice bakerei and Billa supermarket 100 metres for fresh breakfast rolls and all your grocery needs.

Nothing was an issue for us. For info access is up two flights of steps inside Belle Kitz 1. You do need to be organised around the one loo.

Superb apartment in Kitzbuehel. Room to spread out and enjoy ourselves, came equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the nice touches like coffee beans loaded in the DeLonghi, laundry pods under the sink, and a fresh bottle of water in the refrigerator. Also, the host made a guidebook to the area for places to eat and have fun, and was helpful in finding us a place to watch Euro Cup football. Everything was in walking distance from the apartment.

I loved this place and want to come back, but if you are looking for a silent retreat, this isn't it. It's outside the center of town, but there is traffic.

Central location and spacious apartment.

Plenty of space inside and a nice big terrace. Well stocked kitchen, everything you need for cooking at home. Very centrally located.

I didn’t realise there is more than one apartment in the building. I booked this expecting the large top floor apartment with the fireplace and skylights so was disappointed upon arrival. Also the WiFi wouldn’t connect.

Not a pleasant week in this accommodation - fortunately the snow makes up for it. Improvement needed

Reasonable price compared to local hotels - but not value for money

The managers - very non-responsive. I contacted them on first arriving to the venue and it took them ov er 36 hours to send a plumber to fix the toilet. I didn't hear from them on the morning of the plumber coming, nor after. The key box didn't work - it kept breaking so we were unable to secure our keys. Disappointing stay.

Väldigt mysigt, fräscht och charmigt boende på mycket centralt läge.

Perfekt läge, väldigt mysig och charmig taklägenhet. Snyggt, fräscht och modernt men ändå väldigt charmigt. Bra parkering 100 meter bort och bra service och kommunikation med ägaren.

Det saknades element i det mindre sovrummet. Snöröjning och viss trafik störde lite tidigt på morgonen för den som sover lätt.

Centraal topplekje in mooi Kitzbühel

Mooi, ruim en gezellig apartement, met alles wat je zou verwachten. Precies zoals de foto's. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf genoten!

Kleine onderhoudsdingetjes en de keuken zou een update mogen, maar al met al een mooie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Geweldig!!! Hier komen zeker terug!!

Het is een echt Oostenrijks appartement. Knus, gezellig, veel leuke details! Goede keuken met o.a. een verse koffie bonenmachine en een fondue stel, voldoende kastruimte, veel licht door de vele ramen en werkelijk prima bedden !! Wifi werkt heel goed. Weinig last van buren (niet gehorig), ruimte om ski’s en schoenen te plaatsen. De ligging is perfect, wel druk en je hoort t verkeer goed. Aan de overkant van het appartement pak je zo de bus (4010) naar skipiste (terug van de HahnenkammBahn naar huis lopen is overigens prima te doen - je loopt berg af 😜). Je loopt ook zo het centrum in. O.a. naar Huber, een heerlijke slager met de lekkerste broodjes! De Intersport is schuin aan de overkant. Naar de supermarkt loop je in 3 minuten en er zit ook nog een apotheek, mocht je die nodig hebben. Pareltje!!!

Er is 1 badkamer, waarin ook de wc zich bevindt. Dat is niet altijd even handig en fris (….). En het bad is tegelijk ook een douche en die zijn klein. En, een piepklein detail, in Oostenrijk verwacht ik dons dekbedden, maar dan ben ik echt aan her muggenziften.
