This luxurious apartment is located in the heart of Kitzbühel, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Golf course Rasmushof as well as the entrance to the ski area via the famous Ganslernhang are only 100 m away.
You are almost directly on the finish slope of the famous Streif.
Close enough to the city center and yet in a quiet residential area with a bus stop 2 minutes away and the Hahnenkamm lift station 750m away.
The luxurious 130m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms with double beds. Leading off from the master bedroom is a sofa bed which is suitable for 2 children or an extra adult (size 130 x 190 cm)
There are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and bath, as well as a guest toilet. There is also a steam room in the master bathroom.
The tastefully furnished, large living room has a cozy fireplace, a modern flat screen TV, access to the large terrace. The dining area offers plenty of space and is located next to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.
In summer enjoy the 100m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy. A BBQ is at your disposal. Cycling and hiking tours you can start directly from the apartment.
A parking space in front of the house, as well as WIFI are available free of charge.
