Does the job. Not bad not great either.

Relatively big and equipped. Toilet paper dishwasher soup variety of teas and coffee capsules included. Good warmer in the bathroom Relatively big except bathroom is not well designed - see below.

It has a funny odor all week like cooked cabbage but l think it was something with the materials. You only notice when you enter the place later you get used to it. There is an automated light in the hall that will bother the person in the living room sofa everytime anybody else goes to the bathroom It is literally over the train tracks and traffic is not superloud but frequent so if you are sensitive it will be a thing. The main bedroom was noticeable colder than the living room. The bathroom door hits the sink when you open the door. The shower will flood the bathroom so you have a glass cleaner to move all the water to the evacuation and then it dryes relatively quick but it is unusual. Further away from the main ski station. Walking close to the local smaller one which is good too but for a day or two max. You take a bus to the main one.

Excellent property for exploring Kitzbühel.

Ideal location in the same apartment block where my daughter lives. It is close to the centre of Kitzbühel and the railway stations. Although I was alone in the apartment there is plenty of space for 4 people and it has a large sunny balcony.

There was no microwave.

Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment.

Schönes sauberes gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Freundlich. Auf Wunsch bekamen wir zur Wochenmitte neue Handtücher.

Ich musste ein wenig diskutieren, um zusätzliche Müllsäcke zu bekommen. War dann aber kein Problem. Müllsäcke sollten für eine gaze Woche genügen bereitgestellt werden. Die Tür ins Badezimmer geht nicht ganz auf, weil sie gleich beim Waschbecken ansteht. Eine Woche kann man damit aber gut leben. Zur Hahnenkammbahn geht man zu Fuß ca. 15 min.

We hebben een hele fijne midweek wintersport gehad in dit appartement en in Kitzbühel!

Hele centrale ligging. Pistes en Kitzbühel centrum goed bereikbaar. Groot balkon rondom. Hok voor de ski’s. Goed onderhouden en schoon. Leuk uitzicht op de bergen.

De keuken/woonkamer zijn aan de kleine kant. Wel twee grote slaapkamers. De weg is ‘s nachts vrij druk, maar dat is persoonlijk hoeveel last je daarvan hebt. De deuren isoleren het geluid wel goed.
