Fabulous apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay

Loved how well outfitted this apartment is - also the location is fantastic. The city ring bus stops just across the street making the trip to the ski hill with all our gear easy both in the morning and back in the afternoon.

The apartment is listed as a 2 bedroom but our unit had one bedroom and an alcove containing an extra bed (separated from the hall with a curtain). It worked for us but did not truly feel like a 2 bedroom unit.

Exceptional place

Host is very friendly and welcoming. Whatever we needed it helped us and it was very prompt. House is awesome and spacious. Has enough space for anything. Its equiped with anything you already have at home so when you visit Maiers so you mine as well just bring your clothes everything else you have there. From kitchen, to living rooms to bedroom and bathroom everyrhing is very well equiped and has all you need for the stay. Irene is a very friendly host and what ecer you need she will help you at any time of the day! Looking forward to come with my family again!

We had the best time during our two-week summer stay at Gästehaus Maier! This place gives you a warm, family-friendly feeling, and it's all thanks to the wonderful owner, Irene. She was so helpful and welcoming from start to finish. Our apartment, Hakenhamm, was perfect, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony where we could all sit outside. Our son especially loved the garden with the football rebounder! The service was great with regular towel and bedding changes, and we were so grateful that Irene let us use her washing machine. We can't recommend this place enough for a stay in Kitzbuhel and hope to come back again in Summer or Winter.

Outstanding apartment in a great location

Well equipped and spacious apartment, Spotless clean with new towels supplied half way through the week. Two showers/bath rooms. Helpful and friendly owner who kindly collected us from the railway station after a flight delay. Good kitchen facilities (and included essentials like washing up liquid, coffee filter papers, bin bags etc). Great location a few minutes walk away from the centre of town. Good Billa supermarket is one minute's walk away. Balcony spacious with nice seats and tables. Quiet. Garden available for use (but we used our balcony).

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Kitzbuehel

Faultless Apartment, spotlessly clean and comfortable . Fully equipped kitchen and supermarket around the corner so can self-cater easily. Both bedrooms had comfortable king size beds and en-suite shower rooms. South facing balcony perfect to relax at the end of the day. Irene the owner and family were fantastic, the perfect hosts, available , full of expert local knowledge but unobtrusive. And Kitzbuhel is a beautiful town, we enjoyed hiking in the local mountains, enjoying the fabulous scenery.

Wonderful central location close to all amenities!

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment in a brilliant central location. Despite being in the middle of town it was very quiet and had beautiful views. Irene is a very warm, attentive host who was readily available for advice on any query re walks, restaurants etc. I’d be very happy to recommend this apartment to anyone.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great when demand was high or when out reading on the balcony but this was a minor matter far outweighed by all the positives!

Great stay at Gastehaus Maier

We have recently returned from a week-long ski trip in Kitzbuhel, and we had a wonderful stay at Gastehaus Maier. The host (Irene) went over and above to ensure we had a great stay. Our 2 bedroom apartment was super clean and tidy. There is a fully stocked supermarket right next door, and the building location is only 6-7 mins walk from the Hannenkamm Gondola. There is a bus stop in front of the the building in case you prefer not to walk with your ski gear to the gondola. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Kitzbuhel.

a really good apartment with a good kitchen and newer bathroom. The living room has comfortable furniture and a cozy atmosphere. a good south-facing balcony with furniture. Nice parking in front of the house. Irene was very helpful and attentive

We would most certainly go back!

Met by Irene on arrival who explained the workings of the rooms in great detail. She also gave us lots of information on the surrounding area and things to do for the 5 days we were there + flowers and chocolates! Also, extremely helpful when Kay (wife) injured her ankle whilst hiking including loaning us walking sticks and healing balms for the rest of the time we spent there. Excellent place to stay, very clean with a balcony to view the gorgeous hills overlooking Kitzbuhel.

Ein heimeliger Wohlfühlort

Die Lage direkt am Ortskern ist top, man kann gemütlich zu Fuß zur Gondel gehen und hat alle wichtigen Geschäfte in direkter Nähe. Irene und ihre Familie sind wunderbare Hosts, sie haben sich ausgesprochen zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Irene ist stets erreichbar und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit Rat, Tat und klarer Kommunikation zu einem rundum schönen Urlaub gemacht. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. Familie Maier hat auf ganz viele bequeme Details geachtet. (z.B. Einkaufstasche an der Garderobe, langer Schuhlöffel, Clips für angebrochene Lebensmittel in der Küche,....) Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Gästehaus mit seinen herzlichen Gastgeber*innen :)

Für die fünfte Erwachsene Person, die auf dem Schlafsofa in der Wohnküche genächtigt hat wäre noch ein kleiner Stauraum für Kleidung außerhalb der anderen Schlafzimmer hilfreich. (jammern auf hohem Niveau ;) )
