smaller than expected, but totally ok for 2 people. the original wooden floor can be heard throughout the house when someone is walking (also from the apartment above). it’s ok, but should be known.

wonderful weekend

The location of the apartment is great, next to the road, no searching because we directly arrived at night, we appreciated it very much, the keys are to be picked up in coded boxes, so arrival is possible at any time at any time. The equipment of the apartment was great, everything you need in the kitchen, plus tablets for the dishwasher, capsules for the coffee machine, washing utensils, but also sugar, salt, and spices. The surroundings are beautiful (Schwarzsee, Kitzbühl, etc..) all trips planned by us are within 30 min. I recommend and we will definitely stay again.

Everything perfect, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that the floor and stairs creak a lot, so when someone comes back to the house at night, you can hear it a lot😊.

Great Kitzbuhel Stay

Very clean, comfortable, warm, well equipped apartment. Liked that it had a proper oven as well as a microwave. Plenty of space for 2 people. Plus a wee balcony to keep your beer cold on 😀🍻 Great, friendly staff (check in/out v easy with keybox) We stayed in "Top2". You can easily ski back to the apartment from the 22 piste across the field at the back. You can get to the same piste in the morning by about a 5ish min uphill walk along the next road. Not as bad as it sounds, honest! And piste 22 is a great home run at the end of the day, hardly anyone on it. It's about a 10 min walk into Kitzbuhel, not many bars though which was surprising for a ski resort, but it is a pretty place & there is a decent supermarket on the main street & some nice restaurants. You can also get the ski bus to Brixen to the Skiwelt area (Sinwell stop, its about a 5 min walk) although as we had a car we just decided to drive. A superski pass covers both areas. We would stay here again if we came back to Kitzbuhel.

Just a minor one! The floor area between the bedroom & lounge is raised (I guess to accommodate bathroom pipework) & I lost count of the number of times I stubbed my toe on it. Could the step be painted so you see it?

Very good stay, few bits to improve but overall 👍🏼

the location is perfect. when there is a lot of snow it is possible to ski down to the property. it is clean and its kitchen well equipped. The apartment was good and recently renovated but a bit tight for 4 people.

It was a good stay! The heater for the ski boots didn’t work throughout our stay.

Broken dishwasher. It was broken, there was a note to say it was broken but no indication when it was to be fixed/replaced. Neither happened during our stay. A part refund or an apology would have been appropriate but was not offered.

Genoten op een fijne plek in het prachtige Kitzbühel!

Heerlijk rustige plek op 15 minuten wandelen naar het centrum. Gezellig ingericht appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Badkamer en toilet zijn wat aan de krappe kant maar voor ons 2-en prima. Het bed lag erg goed en fijn dat er faciliteiten zijn voor wassen en drogen en strijken voor algemeen gebruik voor alle appartementen.

Het appartement zag er prima uit maar de rest van het huis en de tuin zijn wel aan onderhoud toe. Zoals genoemd, heel fijn dat er een laundry is, echter de staat van de ruimte laat wel te wensen over. Verder misten we in het appartement en balkon iets van een wasrek, waslijn om iets te laten drogen.

Sengetøjet og håndklæderne var dejlig rene. Kaffemaskinen var fyldt op med bønner.

Der stank af røg, selvom man ikke må ryge, der er 2 værelse uden opholdsrum, skabe og gulve knirkede, der var edderkopper over det hele, så vi startede med at støvsuge og generelt var køkkenet dårligt samlet. Fjederne kunne mærkes gennem madrassen. Skabe og sengestels låger der var i stykker. Der boede andre ovenpå og der var meget meget lydt.

Tolle Unterkunft zwischen Schwarzsee und Stadtzentrum

Die Lage ist perfekt, sowohl Schwarzsee als auch Kitzbühel Zentrum ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Gastgeber und Wohnungs-Verwalter waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist bestens, bis hin zur Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr ruhig und das alte Haus mit seinen Holzfußböden hat einen tollen Charme.

Die Außenmöbel hätten vorher abgewischt werden und vom Staub befreit werden können. Im Sommer konnten wir draußen essen, aber insgesamt wäre ein weiterer Aufenthaltsraum neben der Wohnküche schön.
