Klimatyczny stary dom z drewnianymi skrzypiącymi schodami. Mieszkanie niewielkie, ale bardzo komfortowo i estetycznie urządzone. W kuchni było absolutnie wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy (nowe patelnie, dużo naczyn, tabletki do zmywarki, czy kapsułki do kawy). Łazienka i toaleta rzeczywiście niewielkie, ale sam prysznic duży, wszystko nowe i czyste. Przed domem trawnik z leżakami, gdzie można było spędzić spokojne popołudnie po pobycie w górach. Niedaleko jest droga, ale szum samochodów po chwili przestaje przeszkadzać a widok na Horn jest wspaniały.
Brakowało nam jedynie moskitier w oknach. Muchy utrudniały spanie przy otwartym oknie.

De ligging van het appartement was goed, slechts 10 minuten lopen van bus en trein en 15 minuten naar het centrum van Kitzbühel.
Het appartement is wel verouderd en het gebouw heeft onderhoud nodig. De tuin lag er verlaten bij en kwam niet overeen met de foto's op de site.
