An amazing summer vacation

The property is nice and cozy. You can walk morning in the nature. There is a supermarket with a bakery near it, 5 minutes walk. I booked an apartment with three rooms, every room with its bathroom which makes it comfortable.

There is no iron or washing machine.

Nice apartament, big, clean and modern. Just don't understand why in such modern place there wsa no induction kitchen just simply electrical one. Nice welness area - nice saunas, hot, good looking and very comfotable fot laying rest area. Location good, you can drive in just few minuts to many different ski slopes.

There are no sauna towles. If you want to get a new towel you have to go to the reception (in hours that it works - mentioned on website) and pay 1 Euro for each towel. There is no bathrobe for wellnes. There were any cup or glass to drink water in sauna. There were a lot of English people, partying and yelling in sauna/ wellnes area. There were going in to the sauna in swimming suites. That was especially not nice when they come straight from outside whirpool. Than was a chlorine smell all over the sauna. Some of them accidentally tour on alarm in sauna. After around 15 minuts I have to go and turn it off by myself, couse there was no hotel staff.

Little gem in the heart of Tyrol

There is no breakfast, but the bakery opposite the hotel served very nice and delicious treats. The reception is open within certain intervals, but this was in line with the ski opening and closures, therefore always available for us.

Lovely apartment in a stunning setting

We loved the location, the style of the apartment, how well the kitchen was equipped, the space in the apartment, the ski and boot room, the sauna and hot tub, very accommodating reception staff, the convenience of ski bus just outside of the property, the short bus ride to one of the best ski resorts in Austria and closeness to bakery, restaurants and supermarket

There is nothing I didn't like but if I could suggest something, it would be to upgrade the pillows. Some of them were not great

Warm, very clean, Cute Spa, Familyfriendly

We really enjoyed our stay there. There is a very cute Spa in the basement, with a hot pool outside in snow. I should say that the room was very very clean. The kitchen equipment were very complete and exceeded my expectations. the most pleasent thing for us as a family with a child of 4, was the tempreture of the rooms. Maybe because our room was on the ground floor (directly above the spa) ... the room was very very warm, although the tempreture outside was very low (minus).

Great resort that I would recoomend and go again expecially with children

Short from skibus that took us to the one of the main skislopes. Very clean hotel and brand new. The spa was excellent and so cosy.

Maybe to have brekfast or dinner as an option at the hotel.

La spaziosità , il comfort gli accessori ( c’è anche l’asciugatrice ) e lo stile tirolese !

La chiesa suona le campane ogni 15 minuti h24 7/7 ma ci si abitua subito . È una chiesetta molto carina .

Tolles Hotel und tolle Lage!

Das Hotel war sehr schön und befand sich in einer tollen Lage. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche Personal – wir wurden jederzeit herzlich betreut. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Schöner kurzer Aufenthalt

Waren nur zwei Nächte da während eines Fußballturniers vor Ort. Haben ein größeres Appartment bekommen als gebucht. Sehr gut und stilvoll eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich. Kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna Whirlpool und Badeteich sehr schön.

Mit Sicherheit nicht wieder!

Grundsätzlich hätte der Aufenthalt gut sein können, die Einrichtung an sich war gut und hübsch. Es gab allerdings leider ein paar absolute No-Goes, die den Aufenthalt quasi ruiniert haben: 1. Das schlimmste war, dass wir auf dem eigenen Gelände eine Baustelle hatten, wo es morgens um 6:00 Uhr losging mit dem Krawall und das am Samstag und am Sonntag. Wenn es kompetente Ansprechpartner gegeben hätte, hätte ich schon deswegen gesagt ich will mein Geld zurück. 2. Im Wellness-Bereich war bereits um 18:00 Schluss. Also wie geplant Abends nach dem Wandern in die Sauna hat schonmal nicht funktioniert. Das angesprochene Personal hat auf Anfrage erklärt, da könnte man auch nichts daran ändern. Was allerdings eine Lüge war, denn am zweiten Tag wurde die Sauna wegen schlechten Wetters eine Stunde früher angestellt. Aber nicht nur das, sie wurde deswegen auch eine Stunde früher ausgestellt, was wir merkten als uns um 17:00 auf einmal das Licht ausging. Muss man sich mal vorstellen, nicht nur dass die Sauna etwa nicht mehr heizte oder so, nein man war im gesamten Wellnessbereich aufeinmal (nackt) komplett im Dunkeln. Extra Handtücher gab es auch nirgends und nach der Nutzung des Whirlpools im Außenbereich (natürlich nackt aus der Sauna), kam man ohne Schlüssel nicht mehr wieder hinein (Kein Hinweis dazu an der Tür). So ein Sch*** hab ich echt noch nirgends erlebt!

Genau richtig für Familien die gerne wandern und dannach im Welnessbereich entspannen wollen.

Der Welnessbereich und die wunderschöne Aussicht. Haben auch ein größeres Zimmer bekommen ams gedacht.

Vor dem Hoteleingang wird gerde die Straße neu gwmacht. Hätte man erwähnen können aber nicht schlimm. Lärm war dadurch keiner.

Positiv war, dass wir trotz Buchung eines Zimmers mit Schlafcouch für die 3. Person sogar ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad für die 3. Person hatten. Kästen und Ablagen ausreichend vorhanden.

Es war nicht besonders sauber. Am Boden in der Küche klebte es noch von den Vorgängern, die Küchenarbeitsfläche klebte und im Bad waren noch Zahnpastarückstände im Waschbecken. Man hatte das Gefühl es ist nur schnell, schnell über alles drübergewischt worden, aber weit entfernt von einer gründlichen Endreinigung. Am Balkon lagen auf dem Gartentisch noch Brotreste, mit denen die Vorgänger offensichtlich Vögel gefüttert hatten. Und einer der negativsten Punkte: es gibt im Keller eine schwere Holzeingangstüre, die zwar einen automatischen Türstopper montiert hat, der aber so schlecht eingestellt ist, dass die Türe jedesmal mit einem soooo lauten Wumms zufällt, dass man um 01:00 uhr Früh, wenn andere Gäste nach Hause kommen, aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird. Und untertags ist dieses permanente laute Zufallen der Türe auch sehr nervenaufreibend und keinesfalls erholsam.

Luxe groot penthouse met mooiste uitzicht.

Geweldig groot luxe appartement/ penthouse met uitzicht op de Wilder Kaiser. Goede parkeerplekken en een bakker op 50 meter. Op 5 minuten rijden van de Fleckalmbahn.

De bedden (matrassen) waren aan de harde kant.
