Seebichlhof 1 - Schwarzsee

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the newly renovated Seebichlhof apartment Type 1 Schwarzsee, located in a charming, former farmhouse above the picturesque Schwarzsee. This accommodation offers you the perfect starting point for an active vacation in Kitzbühel. Amenities include free parking directly in front of the door, an inviting entrance area with information desk and library, a bicycle storage room, a ski room with ski boot dryer, and a south-facing balcony that invites you to relax.



The 2-room Lebenberg-type apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette that includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave with grill function, toaster, tea maker, two cooking plates, and a French press coffee maker. In the living area you will find a dining table and a comfortable double sofa that can be used as a pull-out sofa for the 3rd and 4th person. Additionally, there is a small wardrobe and satellite TV. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a small safe. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.



In the immediate vicinity is the popular restaurant Seebichl – our tip: be sure to reserve your breakfast there! Schwarzsee train station and the nearest bus stop are only 500 meters away. You can reach the Fleckalmbahn after just 4 km, while Schwarzsee golf course is only 2.5 km away. The cross-country ski trail begins directly behind the house, making the location ideal for hiking and cycling tours in and around Kitzbühel as well as in the Brixental.



The house features 4 apartments with a shared entrance. The bicycle and ski storage room is available to all guests, so a total of up to 19 people can stay here. All balconies are conveniently accessible via the shared hallway.
