Wonderful home away from home with very welcoming hosts

Super friendly hosts, very comfortable apartment, had everything a family needs and more, including very well stocked kitchen for cooking, the winter garden is so relaxing and gives a very nice view of the city, quick trip by car to shops and ski lifts, very quiet location yet just 10 minutes walk to town, and plenty of space to live comfortably.

Perfect

The apartment was perfect, very clean and it was really nice to sit in the glass terrace after a day at the slopes, and watch the night fall in and the whole town light up. It was about 10 minute walk down to city centre. Dany and Pepi, the owners, were really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place

Absolutely perfect, will stay again!

This is an absolute gem. Would stay here again hands down. I almost hesitate to say too many nice things because I’d love to come back! So easy to get to the mountain (ski in ski out, which was not advertised!) and walk into town. We barely used our rental car. The hosts were so lovely they felt like our Austrian grandparents! The sunroom was lovely to have our coffee and read in. Amazing value. Had everything we needed. I would love to come back! Thank you Joseph and Dani!

Very enjoyable due not only to the skiing, but also our fantastic Austrian hosts, Josef and Dany.

The location of the appartmet was very close to a piste, which meant we could walk a short distance (200m) from the property garden to the piste and ski down to the Hahnenkamm bubble. We could then of course ski back down this piste (22 red run) to get back to the appartment. In a winter with more snow it would have been possible to ski in and ski out. The kitchen was well equiped which meant we were able to cook using produce form the local supermarkets; this turned out to be very useful because we had not realised you have to reserve early if you want to eat out in Kitzbuhel. Our Austrian hosts Josef and Dany could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic!

Beautiful spacious apartment in excellent location

Pepi and Dany are very friendly and great hosts . The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in excellent location . Beautiful views and easy access to ski lifts - we loved our stay !

Genieten van een prachtige omgeving bij de liefste gastvrouw en gastheer!

Dany en Pepi zijn de meest lieve en warme mensen! Heel erg gastvrij en staan altijd paraat om te helpen. Het appartement op de gelijkvloers bevat alles wat je nodig hebt en is fantastisch proper. De veranda met zicht op het gebergte is echt genieten, net zoals de zonnige en mooi aangelegde tuin. De locatie is ook super, een perfecte uitvalbasis om alles te verkennen. Kitzbuhel-centrum is ongeveer 15 minuutjes wandelen en de liften om naar de bergen te gaan zijn heel kortbij. Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad en komen graag nog eens terug!
