Excellent location

We were self catering, location was excellent, within minutes of a walk to all amenities shops, restaurants, swimming pool etc. Would think highly about staying here again.

Communication with the care taker was extremely poor, one of the days we had no electricity and it was up to us to fix, he would not come out to look at it, also I sent a message on the Wednesday regarding departure and still have not received a reply.

We had a small issue with what was due in the final payment. This was a miss communication between Belvilla and the agent in Kitzbühel. It was rectified but please check what you have paid through booking.com and what is outstanding once you get there.

Excellent spacious apartment very close to the main lift and short walk to the centre of town

Key collection is from another town but it’s only a short trip away, and as we had a car this wasn’t an issue.

The location is excellent only 5 mins walk from the Hahnenkamm gondola and train station. The apartment was clean and great value for money.

The key pick up is actually in a different town and as we came by public transport was a little difficult. I would recommend a key safe be installed for the property. But even with that I would definitely stay here again.

Bestemt ikke anbefalelsesværdigt.

Først skulle vi vente i bilen i flere timer på at kunne få en nøgle, da værten, som vi selv skulle ringe til, først ville give os koden til nøgleboksen efter kl 15. Da vi endeligt fik adgang til nøglen, var der ikke gjort rent efter de tidligere gæster. Da rengøringsfolk ankom et par timer senere, blev der gjort hurtigt, men ikke særlig grundig rent. Manglende instruktioner og klarhed ift lejemål. Klart den ringeste oplevelse jeg har prøvet igennem booking, som har fået mig til at genoverveje brugen af booking app fremover, da de åbenbart ikke kvalitetssikre lejemål. Soveværelse nr 2 var bare en sovesofa og ikke en seng. Lejligheden føltes ikke som en udlejningsbolig, men som at låne din afdøde oldemors gamle bolig, som da hun forlod den. Eneste positive var en venlig pris (pga sen booking få dage før ankomst) imod rimelig beliggenhed ift by og ski-lift.

Etwas abgewohnt, aber Lage dafür top.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken, top Lage in nur 5min zu Fuß an der Gondel. Parkplätze vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Heizung ging bei unserer Ankunft nicht. Sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht top. Alles etwas abgewohnt, dafür nicht wirklich günstig.

Fijn appartement, eindschoonmaak 370 euro!

Keurig appartement klopt met de omschrijving. Prima gelegen.

Pas op! Het bedrag wat je betaald via Booking.com is inclusief eindschoonmaak 185 euro. Later bij het afrekenen van de toeristenbelasting, beddengoed e.d. bij Alpenrein/Belvilla moesten we opnieuw 185 euro eindschoonmaak kosten betalen. En dit kon alleen cash betaald worden. Dat hadden we toen niet meteen door. We proberen nu al twee weken dit bedrag terug te krijgen.
