Very nice and clean apartment with all the necessary facilities. Easy access to ski-lift with a skibus that leaves right from front of the house or alternatively a 10min walk. Nice restaurants nearby and village centre just a small walk away. Super friendly hosts and clear communication. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Location is one of the best in Kitzbuhel, close to the train station, city center, bus stop but off the noisy streets. There is a very nice cafe in the same building. The apartment is spacious and bright, heated floors in the bathroom and all necessities are there. The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. We've had a few requests and they were taken care of ASAP. Highly recommend.
