Peaceful holiday

Easy access to town and food options, ski hire and even a nice walk to the bigger supermarket out of the main town. Check in was easy and host was amazing throughout. Comfortable space for 7 of us, enough bathrooms for use.

Not a dislike- just a preference, would have preferred use of a washing machine for the longer stay.

Great location, great and cost apartment with all the things you need in the kitchen. Nice and clean, very easy check in, good parking facilities in front of the house and excellent service.

We strongly recommend Villa Anna at Kitzbuhel. The amenities, location and host are superb.

The location was great — we walked everywhere at Kitzbuhel except for when the family went skiing. And when we drove the car to ski, we were not worried about finding a parking space at Villa Anna, since there is ample free parking at the property. Carrie was a very responsive, accessible and knowledgeable host. When you are traveling, it surely is comforting to know that you could easily contact someone when something might go wrong with the accommodations. Luckily, everything at the property works and is clean.

We loved staying at Villa Anna. The location was perfect… we parked our car and never used it. The bus picked us up right in front of apt to go to the ski mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anna in charming Kitzbühel! Wonderful place, great location with walking distance to train station and ski lift. Amazing service, all our questions were answered almost instantly. Lot of space. Comfortable bed, modern and large bathroom, kitchen with everything you need. Thank you, we would definitely return here!!!

Very well decorated and comfortable apartment. Located near town centre and free parking. Easy communication via text with the staff for entry. Good wifi and sunblock curtain.

Lovely stay for families!

Fantastic location 5 minutes walk to KitzSki Hornbahn & as well as the medieval town center. 5 min drive to Tesla supercharger. Comfortable cozy dining room; feels very homely. Spacious functional kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Our host Carrie was very professional and responsive. She made the check-in process seamless. Pre-check-in done online.

Would be great if facilities include washing machine and bath tub. Stairs would be a challenge for travellers who are less physically fit.

There is very little to find fault, if i must, I think the towels should be replaced, it's had its lifespan. Also, for a 10 day stay, towels should be replaced half way through.

Amazing villa in an iconic ski resort

Very nice villa, offering comfortable rest after a day of skiing. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very stylish. Traditional, yet modern... fitting for such an iconic location. Thanks to the small kitchen, You can prepare Your own meals just the way You like it. We also liked the heated ski room and the private parking space. Very useful. The ski bus stop which takes You directly to the ski lifts is right outside the villa, which is very convenient. And if You want to go cross-country skiing or explore neighboring towns, the train station is just a short walk from there,

A beautifully designed apartment, a short distance from the town. Very comfortable, lots of storage space, greeted on arrival by pleasant, helpful lady. Communication by WhatsApp with prompt replies if we had any questions during our stay. Great attention to detail, sockets, bathroom accessories etc.

A hidden gem

Great location: really central, yet really quiet. Beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean. Carrie responded to every question we had before we arrived quickly and efficiently. Nadia who met us there and showed us around the apartment was a delightful, cheery lady who made us feel very welcome.

tremendous place to stay!!! woodys across the road awesome for a beer in the evening.

The appartment was cosy with a very well equipped kitchen. the shower was incredible. great Chinese nearby for a nice night in. netflix capable tv for those nights in!! asked for a late check out. was granted for no extra charge. host contactable by what’s app with fast response. Simple food and drink down the road- great burger as pictured!!!!
