Design Apartment Villa Anna Kitzbühel

Fabulous mountain views and convenient location, just a few minutes to walk to old town, ten minutes walk to station, a bus stop and a coffee shop metres from the front door. And inside comfy cosy and clean.

Twenty nine steps to climb to the apartment!

We had the top-floor north-facing apartment at Villa Anna for a couple of weeks. This apartment in particular was wonderful, with views to the north of the Wilder Kaiser. It also did not get too hot during the day – there is no air conditioning but the apartment was never too warm, even in July. It was a home away from home, with a spacious living room, very nice bathroom and a cosy bedroom with a very comfortable bed. We did not do much cooking but pans etc. were clean and in good condition, knives were plentiful and sharp – not always the case in holiday apartments! The building itself is in a great location, about 2 minutes walk from the 'centre' of Kitzbühel but quiet, and we were staying during the Harley Davidson Festival. There is a lovely bakery right at the end of the drive as well. The owner was friendly and helpful, and access is via a personal key code.

Worth noting that there is no washing machine on site and no lift. There are some separate bins for recycling to the side of the building but it is not very clear how things should be separated or what can be recycled.

Very spacious apartment, beautifully decorated. Was on two floors so my son had his own bedroom, living room, separate toilet and a shower room. Beautiful views from balcony of mountains. Very close to ski lift 5 minute walk.

Church bells rang at 7 in morning - only a minor point

Room smelled of cigarette smoke.
