An quiet oasis in the perfect location

This is a hidden gem, in a quiet central location in Kitzbühel, just behind and below the main street of shops and equidistant to both ski lifts (the Hahnenkamm and the Horn) as well as very walkable to the nearby Billa (grocery store). Frau Metzner is a friendly and accommodating host, and the room and property were tastefully decorated, comfortable and meticulously clean (daily!) It turns out the house itself is 500 years old but you wouldn't know it; everything is in good working order. The main accommodations in the house are two 1 bedroom apartments, with lovely kitchens and living rooms; because I was a single traveller, I stayed in a small room off of the first floor balcony which was just perfect.

The only surprise was finding no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Otherwise, no complaints!

Incredible location being in town but in a quiet location and within a few minutes walk of shops, a supermarket and the historic town center. The gondola’s for skiing are also fairly close. The apartment has everything you needed including heated floors which made it very comfortable and lovely views of the mountains. The kitchen is very well stocked, so made it easy to cook simple meals on the stove but note there is not a microwave or oven in the apartment.

Great skiing, delightful and affordable accommodation convenient for Kitzbuhel town centre.

Charming exterior, tastefully decorated and nicely refurbished interior, in a quiet location just 5 mins walk from town centre. Feinkost Ozer nearby is recommended for breakfast - fresh croissants, coffee etc.

Nothing that I did not like. Aware before booking that was room only without breakfast, that being the only limitation. A second room key would have been helpful.

Such an amazing find! Beautiful house close to the town centre. Host very friendly and the room we had was exceptionally clean and warm. Bathroom was incredibly welcoming after a full day's snowboarding. Would return in a heartbeat!

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, geräumig. Das Haus sehr zentral, ruhig und nahe an den Liften gelegen. Konnte alles zu Fuss gemacht werden. Parkplatz war verfügbar beim Haus.

Leider war das Frühstück nicht dabei.

De keuken had maar 2 pitten om op te koken en er was geen afzuigkap.

Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Besitzerin sehr freundlich. In 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt.
