Location and facilities are perfect. We stayed for 10 days, Maria was waiting for us to give the parking-card and the keys to the appartment. Great appartment with all facilities and next to the lift of the Hahnenkamm.

Super clean place, with great bathrooms, and comfy beds. The kitchen is super equipped and clean. I really liked the design. The host was exceptional and very welcoming. The location of the apartment is excellent, a small walking distance from the Kitzbühel Hahnenkamm train station and views of the famous skiing race course and a few steps away from the center of Kitzbühel.

Amazing place in Kitzbühel

The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

Very well appointed. The Hahnenkamm gondola is an incredibly short walk as is the main walking area. I can’t imagine a better location. Tina the host is world class and made our stay that much better.

We loved this apartment so much we didn’t want to leave! Location is amazing. We will stay here every time we visit Kitzbuhel! The beds are super comfortable and it is beautifully decorated! We were 2 couples and we had plenty of room!

Exceptional – great location, amazing stay!

Two great newly renovated and modern apartments, very spacious with nice sun terraces and equipped with nice furniture. We rented both apartments/floors for our stay, a great option for a large family with children. The location is excellent, very close to the Hahnenkamm´s ski lifts and Kitzbuhel´s train station. Very close to the city centre and many good restaurants are close by. Gests have access to free parking right beside the apartments. Tina was a great host, very helpful and friendly and quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommended, would love to visit again.

Kitzbuhel Summer

This is a fantastic apartment. The location is superb as it is next to the Hahnenkamm lift and car park - perfect for skiing in the winter and walking/biking in the summer. There are multiple ski and bike hire shops within 30 seconds’ walk! The central restaurant/bar area is also within a minute’s walk. The apartment itself has recently been renovated and is extremely clean and comfortable. It is stylish and classy with great dining facilities, good tv and fast WiFi. Both bedrooms are very comfortable, with new bathrooms for each room, while the lovely sofa in the living room can easily turn into a sofa bed. Tina and her mum are wonderful hosts - quick to respond to messages, very helpful and friendly. This is a great apartment to stay in, whether it’s winter or summer!

Groẞartige Lage, 2min zu Fuß zur Gondel, 5min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Komplette Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, viel Platz und Stauraum. Hervorragende, sehr aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Vermieter

Nur ein Punkt: Die Fenster lassen sich nachts nicht ausreichend verdunkeln. Da der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus und die Straße dauerhaft beleuchtet ist, kann das stören.
