Central location with parking and beautiful property.

The single beds on the ground floor are awful and need replaced. Very noisy with the slightest movement. This is my only criticism of a great property and enjoyed a wonderful stay but the beds issue needs dealt with as it ruins any chance of a decent nights sleep.

The property has a communal space on the 1st floor. This is an excellent space for everyone to chill and eat. The location is outstanding, being very close to the minster and Betty's tearooms.

This property is located over 3 floors, and therefore, there are a lot of stairs. There are handrails and they are safe but they're there! I didn't let this little negative spoil a brilliant holiday home.

Location is excellent, the size is more than adequate. Modern bathrooms.

The property in general was good but unfortunately let down by whoever cleaned it before our arrival. We were told the property was available for us to go into early which was great but then why not spend the extra time giving the place a proper clean. The carpets need cleaning, the showers have black mould at the bottom, the fridge has crumbs accumulated in the edges, the cold water and ice dispenser had mould on it. Toilet roll only lasted 2 days. Layer of dust on the headboard and above the extractor fan in the kitchen. Sofas in the lounge have old lollipop sticks and crumbs in them. All this is such a shame because it’s a lovely property. One last thing to add would be the balcony needs sweeping as it has a layer of moss and leaves etc. Also there is no sweet welcome bread basket that they put on the photos it’s a bag with tea/coffee bags and long life milk.
