Would recommend this to family and friends!

I like the location and its proximity to the city centre as well as how spacious the entire property is. The beds were comfortable and the dining table was perfect for our group. The availability of dishwasher and cleaning materials were perfectly supplied. Heating and water supply was continuous and with no issues.

The tv was a bit outdated and the wifi was not strong enough but it was fine bec we spent more time talking and going out so this isn’t really a priority. Some of the living room lights were not working and there was no kitchen towel which could have been a good bonus for our stay.

Location to nearby amenities ,,plenty of beds In each room which were clean n tidy,,was clean on arrival,plenty of kitchen needs provided, ideal for our girlie get together

A lot of radiators in the rooms weren’t working so bedrooms were chilly,,the road leading up to the apartment was terrible with loads of pot holes n no lighting so was a health n safety issue One of our party was disabled n used a wheelchair so it was dangerous leading up to the entrance road,, not sure who is responsible for the roads

Home away from home base to explore as a large group.

The facilities for a large group to be together were fantastic. The living area was comfortable and we were able to relax together in home away from home surroundings.

The address I had taken from one of the propert the property information received was 18 Gillygate so I used that on Google Maps to direct the party as I was on 5G - it was not the correct address. When I eventually found an alternative address from a different email (again no wifi access) we eventually found it but some unfortunate residents directed us to the correct building. She told us that she regularly gets people knocking on her door looking for the actual building so I would say it’s not that easy to locate.

great location and a brilliant size for a hen party weekend. communal areas were big enough to fit everyone together

decor is a little tired and damaged, quite dusty and grimy in places and there was a distinct lack of forks.

the rooms where neat and tidy, they had plenty of space and generally well designed too.

great location, central to York city centre. Kitchen and living space was very good

Only two small bathrooms and one without a sink. Staines on the bedsheets. No curtain in the bunk bed room which meant sleeping was extremely difficult.

It was great because there were not many of us

the customer service was exceptional, the common areas were roomy and great, everything you could possibly need except a spatula was in kitchen, amazing location, nice and warm

stairs needed a really good hoover, was worried about things stacked in front of fire exit, couldnt find tv remote without massive search...but the main issue is that their are 2 toilets and 1 sink for 18 people!
