Wow! Exactly as advertised… and more!
Used as a base for “Hen Do” fun in York. This property definitely has the WOW factor! Amazing facilities, beautiful decor, spacious rooms and immaculately clean! We only wish we’d stayed an additional night to utilise it more!! The management company excelled too. No issues!

Fantastic, beautifully appointed, wonderful comfortable beds, excellent location.
The spaces, the linen and towels were lovely, very well stocked kitchen.
The living room on the top floor, it’s a lot of steps! For our group it was unsuitable as we had elderly that couldn’t make it to the top floor.

Broken shower in downstairs bedroom, uneven floor in living area/kitchen. Stained carpets throughout the apartment. Flaws on walls, ceiling full of cobwebs.

Absolutely brilliant!
Property was stunning - the decor was so quirky and very picturesque. Really spacious for a large group and the rooms were very comfortable!! Very close to the main town too so handy for all the local pubs/tourist spots. My only feedback was regarding the oven. Not enough grill shelves so it made it difficult to cook. But overall a brilliant stay!

The property is beautiful! the social rooms are stunning! some of the bedrooms are amazing while others are much simpler. The location was brilliant!
There were 20 of us which meant 4 people in the living room which meant they had to make their own beds which were sofa beds and very uncomfortable and quite a small room. this is not ideal for the price. there was not enough toilet roll or cleaning facilities for 20 people for the weekend and the showers were temperamental with pressure and temperature.

This house has the WOW factor,. The wine fridges, pool table and large communal space was great for our group.
No outdoor space, but that is clear and it is only a short walk to York centre.
