Don't stay here!
Location is close to a main tram line going to the center. And there are a carrefour city and a cafe just outside the appartment.
Check-in was only possible at 5PM, which is already quite late. Upon arrival, we were asked to collect the keys at a completely different location, as the property manager was working at another reception desk.
Although the listing on Booking.com states that parking is free, we were told on arrival that since we had two cars, we had to pay €6 per car per day, to be left in cash on the dinner table at the end of our stay.
Finding the correct parking spot and figuring out how to enter the apartment was unnecessarily complicated. When we finally entered, we were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment:
- It was dirty.
- There was no bed linen provided.
- The balcony door was broken.
- One of the shutters didn’t work, so the room could not be made dark.
- No hand towels were available.
When we contacted the property manager, he said he didn’t have time because he was working at another hotel. He told us he would only come the next day to bring bed linen and deal with the issues. When we explained that we could not sleep without bed covers on dirty mattresses, his response was rude: he said he didn’t like our tone and suggested we just return the keys and leave if we weren’t happy.
We then contacted the owner, but he told us that the property manager is responsible for everything (cleaning, keys, laundry, maintenance). In the end, after insisting, the manager agreed to bring bed linen at 10:30PM so we could at least sleep.
What makes this worse is that the manager claimed these issues were completely new, yet when we checked the Booking.com reviews from the last few months, we found that other guests had reported the same problems repeatedly.
Overall, the experience was very poor, and the way problems were handled was unacceptable.

An ideal accommodation for a trip away with friends.
It was very spacious with a lovely outdoor area, as well as a good location.
The only thing we did not like was some confusion with finding the key to enter initially, as there was a mistake in the instructions, but other than that we liked everything.

L'appartamento è adatto ad ospitare massimo 7 persone. Solo uno dei due divani era comodo per poterci dormire, l'altro era troppo piccolo e 3 noi, essendo in 8, abbiamo dovuto dormire nello stesso letto.
inoltre il parcheggio garantito sotto casa è solo 1. Noi, essendo in 8, siamo venuti con 2 macchine e abbiamo dovuto spostare l'altra macchina in altri parcheggi (che però costavano molto).

No nos gustó la limpieza y equipamiento de cama.
Al llegar el primer día toda la casa olía a especias, como si alguien hubiese cocinado hace poco.
Al señalar la reserva, se indica que existen dos sofás cama y en la realidad solo hay uno. Lo otro es un sofá.
Para sorpresa la ropa de cama no se suministra para el susodicho sofá y lo suministrado para el resto de camas y sofá cama consiste en una sábana bajera y un edredón.
Las toallas están muy viejas y algunas con manchas. Me contestó que estaban lavadas y que las manchas no se iban.
Hay persianas que no bajan y algún elemento roto
Como fuimos en dos días diferentes le dijimos al dueño que mejorase la situación y fue totalmente igual

- La complexite pour trouver le logement.
- logement pas des plus propres.
- volet electrique casse dans une chambre, pas de seche cheveux, tres peu de verres.
- le controle des nuisances sonores par un appareil connecte se trouvant au dessus de la table a manger !! l'hote s'est permis de nous contacter à 22h alors que nous jouions a des jeux de societes avec nos enfants.
- pas de carte de stationnement : attention stationnement payant alors que dans le descriptif c'est inscrit gratuit !!! L'hote voulait me faire payer.
- contact pendant le sejour avec l'hote pour nous emmener un seche cheveux, une taie d'oreiller et la carte stationnement : pas de seche cheveux, pas de carte de stationnement emmenes ! Il fait 0 degre et les magasins etaient ouverts.
Dommage l'emplacement est top.
Les prestations sont pas à la hauteur du prix.

Dommage que les équipements de base ne soient pas à la hauteur du lieu
Le lieu (grand appartement récent et l emplacement (tram au pied de l immeuble mais pas de nuisance sonore dans l établissement)
Manque d équipement (pour 8 personnes : 2 verres à eau, 5 cuillères à café), pas de rideau autour de la baignoire, pas de tapis à la salle de bain, … et le four ne fonctionnait pas (faux contact sur la porte)

Nos sentimos estafados
El piso y las instalaciones sin correctas.
Llegamos al piso a las 18:45.
No habian hecho las camas porque no tenían ropa limpia. Vineron con la ropa de cama pasadas las 20:30 h.
Dejaron una toalla para cada uno en un tenderete a secar porque estaban mojadas y nos dijeron que podríamos usarlas por la mañana, pues ya tendrían que estar secas.
Algunas almohadas estaban sucias y repugnantes.
La casa no estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Había polvo en el mobiliario y en suelo. Nosotros limpiamos y fregamos el suelo.
Inaceptable teniendo en cuenta que entramos a las 19:45 h.

L'appartement n'est pas entretenu et se dégrade. La propreté laisse à désirer. Les draps et torchons sont déchirés. Les volets roulants électriques ne ferment pas donc les chambres sont en pleine lumière. Pour récupérer les clés et les codes c'est un sketch, il faut une heure! ! Contrairement à l'annonce il n'y a pas de parking privé et gratuit.

Il parcheggio,un casino per entrare poi se si hanno valigie pesanti devi camminare 3 minuti/4,la struttura aveva tutto ma c’erano tâches sul divano ,maniglie rotte sportelli rotti ,una panca da tavolo rotta per terra ,cuscini sono vuoti dei letti e il letto della camera affacciata al balcone era super duro..peccato. Assenza di carta da bagno però c’era la disponibilità di molte cose piatti posate padelle ecc.

La gestion des clés a été problématique. L'arrivée dans le logement est prévue à 17h, ce qui est tardif. À ma demande insistante, il a été accepté une entrée dans l'appartement entre 15h et 15h30.
Mais il a fallu que je récupère un badge d'accès à l'immeuble en plein centre-ville, inaccessible en voiture. L'utilisation d'un code sur une serrure minuscule sans lumière dans le couloir est très mal pratique. En outre, le code avait été mal programmé, de sorte que le deuxième jours, les occupants du logement se sont retrouvés à la porte du logement, sans pouvoir y pénétrer pendant environ une heure.

No estaba bien limpios los baños, había muchos pelos en la bañera. Las toallas eran pocas y muy finas y la ropa de cama faltaba. Tuvimos q poner la funda del edredón como sabana bajera. La lámpara de una habitación no funcionaba. En la cocina había poco enchufe así que había que desconectar una electrodoméstico para poder poner la cafetera o microondas.

Tesisten 3 yatak odalı, merkezde, ilandaki fotoğrafların göründüğü daireyi kiraladım. Onay belgesindeki adrese gittim ancak verilen şifre ile giriş yapamadım ve gönderilen mesaja tekrar bakınca farklı bir adres yazdığını fark ettim. Araba ile 13 dakika uzaklıkta, getto bölgesinde, eski eşyalı 2+1 ev vermişler, resmen kandırıldım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Verdikleri telefon numarasını açmadılar, ingilizce bilmiyorlar. Sorunumu çözmediler, mağdur edildim.
