Résidence Le Mésange, Strasbourg centre-ville

The apartment was very clean and the owner initially provided everything needed for our one-month stay. Amenities were in perfect working order in apartment. The air conditioning was fantastic. The location is perfect and walkable to everything. Trams are nearby. Sarah was attentive to our questions with quick replies.

The apartment was spacious and lovely and very well situated. Our hosts communicated with us very well and their instructions were clear and concise. From the apartment, it is literally a minute or two to Place Kleber and the walk to many local attractions is flat and quite short, especially to the beautiful cathedral. Using the trams is easy, as long as you don't try and use the antiquated ticket kiosks at the train station. We walked the 15-20 minutes from the train station to the apartment and took a tram when we departed. There are many restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and patisseries near the apartment and even a McDonalds if that floats your boat.

I'd rather not be negative, but the pillows on the bed are soggy and useless. All of the guests going forward would benefit from some conventional pillows that are a little firmer.

Everything! What a beautifully presented and appointed apartment! Very thoughtfully curated with everything you could need - a home away from home. Would definitely love to come back and stay longer!

The place was amazing and also the location! Super nice apartment. It was more nice than the photos. The internet reliable. Also the hosts replied almost instantly.

In the room they have a note saying that if we don’t help clean the apartment we will be charged 60 euros. When I complained they told me that we (guests) have to help the staff and when I insisted they told me that probably it was left by the previous company. Also in the bathroom the mirror makes a sound every 1-2 minutes but when the door is closed it isn’t detectable in other rooms. Finally they ask to separate trash for recycling (which is a reasonable claim) but they only have 1 trash can with 1 bag, that doesn’t allow separation.
