Résidence Le Mésange, Strasbourg centre-ville

Great location in the center of everything. The apartment was bright and clean with a beautiful view to the square. The set up was very comfortable and the instructions for the appliances were helpful. It was very nice to have a wash and dryer.

Very small thing but given that we were staying for 3 nights, it would have been nice to have more coffee/sugar/detergent. They brought us more detergent for the washer but not the coffee and sugar.

It was spacious, very nicely decorated and had everything we might need.

Communication was a little frustrating

Good location. Modern and immaculate. Fully-equipped kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed and sofa. Easy check-in and out. Fast and reliable WiFi and two A/C’S. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Clothes washer and dishwasher worked great. Walkable to food markets, restaurants, public transportation. Host was exceptionally responsive and quickly met our special requests. Thank you!

Unfortunately the entrance outside the building is grimy and off-putting. (The city’s responsibility, not the owners fault.) This area is very busy during the day, so you’ll hear lots of delivery trucks coming and going. But, at night it’s very peaceful. Not a deal-breaker for us; just be aware.

The place was amazing and also the location! Super nice apartment. It was more nice than the photos. The internet reliable. Also the hosts replied almost instantly.

In the room they have a note saying that if we don’t help clean the apartment we will be charged 60 euros. When I complained they told me that we (guests) have to help the staff and when I insisted they told me that probably it was left by the previous company. Also in the bathroom the mirror makes a sound every 1-2 minutes but when the door is closed it isn’t detectable in other rooms. Finally they ask to separate trash for recycling (which is a reasonable claim) but they only have 1 trash can with 1 bag, that doesn’t allow separation.
