Résidence Le Mésange, Strasbourg centre-ville

The location perfect. A grocery Store downstairs. I had a small studio on the top floor very clean and well equipped. Entry instructions were clear. There is an elevator.

No complaints at all.

Lovely light and bright apartment, very clean.

Great location, spacious and contemporary room decoration and equipment, very clean, with cloth washing machine, effective electronic check in/out.

During the day, it’s a little bit noisy but it’s quiet during the night.

The place was amazing and also the location! Super nice apartment. It was more nice than the photos. The internet reliable. Also the hosts replied almost instantly.

In the room they have a note saying that if we don’t help clean the apartment we will be charged 60 euros. When I complained they told me that we (guests) have to help the staff and when I insisted they told me that probably it was left by the previous company. Also in the bathroom the mirror makes a sound every 1-2 minutes but when the door is closed it isn’t detectable in other rooms. Finally they ask to separate trash for recycling (which is a reasonable claim) but they only have 1 trash can with 1 bag, that doesn’t allow separation.
