I would not recommend for families

The host was very responsive and kind. She offered an alternative accomodation. However, this was not a suitable accomodation for family with kids. We took it as we had no alternative but room with large mirror and jacuzzi and then a bedrom with sauna, all in black and dark tones. It was just a couples spot and made us uneasy.

When we arrived in Gutenberg place, the space is not like it is on pictures. It is way less fancy, it was actually a cramped tiny studio, with malfunctioning heating, broken hanger on the wall, broken edges of the bathroom cupboard. It was pretty bad. We were offered an alternative accomodation but that one was very adult only kind of vibe and made us uneasy. We did not have an alternative cause it was already evening so we took it.

Great location! Clean and comfortable.

Great location right in the heart of Old Town. The apartment was clean and stylish. The apartment was ready when we arrived. Comfortable beds. The sofa bed was comfortable also. Also has a lift, but the apartment was on the first floor, so we only used the lift for our luggage. Would stay here again! The host was very responsive.

Excellent central location. Room was clean and well appointed, with good soundproofing. Not quite sure where they hid the advertised 24-hour front desk, minimarket, and coffee shop. This is an unmanned apartment building using digital room access with the room number and code provided in advance. Unfortunately, we were given somebody else’s room number and code, which proved very embarrassing!

Very central, quiet, great value.

Good central location. Good beds. Very quiet!!! Good value for money. Would book this again.

Take note that its not a hotel in a classic sense, so there is no breakfast served. I missed that part somehow. no problem though.

Worst stay ever - noise makes it impossible to sleep

Good location, but ruined by the terrible noise from the bakery below.

Our experience was ruined by the terrible noise during the night - shouting, banging, machinery and loud music from the bakery below the room. This starts from 2am every night, making it impossible to sleep. The staff were unable to assist and did nothing to make our stay better, despite us raising concerns during our visit. The whole accommodation is cramped, smells of the bakery and has poor WiFi. The noise was like a nightclub and a factory combined, and completely unacceptable. The response by the management was inattentive and defensive- failing to take any responsibility for the poor treatment of their guests.

Washer dryer in hallway only available limited times. Staff extremely helpful but not at hotel so we weren’t aware we couldn’t leave until 9am because nobody around to collect parking pass.

Great value, great location.

Great service, super great location. Property manager extremely quick in responding. One night a group of about 18 boys decided to party in 3 different rooms with doors open but property manager addressed quickly. Double pane windows. AC excellent. Bed comfortable. We were there 17 days. Washer and dryer helpful. Great value.

Trivial somewhat.. Internet spotty. Property manager said they are replacing. For longer stays storage a bit of a problem in Room 4. Smallish closet tough to get to because of bed. No dresser or armoire. Suggest replacing huge mirror near entrance with dresser or armoire. Maybe add some shelving. Otherwise worked out very well for us.

Superb location and host

The host is very responsive Thanks, Noha, and the location is great. You can see all the main attractions on foot, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Once you are out, you are in the heart of the city.

The room is probably a bit small with small kids. Hardly possibilities to use the kitchen, but it was nice that it was there. Also, the room size was fine for one day.

I’d recommend this apt for its location, &it’s quiet and clean.

The location was close to everything, it was super quiet with two sets of thick panes, the bed was comfortable, and laundry was shared but on our floor. The receptionist, Noha, was fabulous.

The sofa bed was terrible to sit on. It was rock hard and slanted forward.

Great little apartment for an overnight stay.

We were greeted at the entrance top the car park by a staff member. She kindly waited a while as we were held up in traffic in the city centre. We also were met at the car park when we left, and that service was above an beyond what we expected.

For what we paid and expected, the apartment was fine, so no complaints at all.

Ideal location, space is a little but small for more than 2 people.

Location was fantastic, very central and able to walk everywhere. Good base for exploring the city.

The wifi was very slow. It wasn’t a studio apartment (not one bedroom apartment as listed). There was a garbage smell in the stairwell. Unfortunately the sofa bed was not made when we arrived after 30 hours journey from Australia and that was stressful to work out where our daughter would sleep for the night. It was fixed the next day.

I’m already advising my friends to stay at this place when visiting and I will definitely stay again.

Nicely styled, big windows facing Gutenberg Place, very quiet, comfortable beds, functional A/C, small but fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave and kettle), iron and board, nice shower. Overall great place to stay.

Breakfast wasn’t included or available but there is a great place across the street with a delicious variety of bread, sandwiches and pastries.

Location was exceptional! Right in the heart of the historic area, right by the cathedral and within two blocks of the tram (which we used to get to the train station). The apartment is furnished and decorated beautifully and comes with lots of nice touches. Host was very helpful and friendly! Very quiet despite being so close to everything.

We thought (hoped?) that the bedroom would be separate, but there was just a curtain separating the main bed from the living area where the other bed and pull out were. This is probably our mistake/ misunderstanding. In the end it was fine, just a little cozier than expected.
