Cocoonr offers you this superb 85 m² flat, ideally located in the heart of Strasbourg in one of the city's most sought-after districts. Designed to accommodate up to 4 travellers, this flat was refurbished in April 2026 and harmoniously combines a warm, modern and refined atmosphere.
Located on the 1st floor with lift, it boasts a large, bright and well-appointed 40 m² living room, perfect for sharing convivial moments after a day exploring the city. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a study.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, housekeeping is included and hotel-quality 4★ linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, beds will be prepared with care before your arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, bright and ideal for getting together in a convivial setting
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob, designed to combine practicality and comfort.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×200)
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), offering the ideal environment to fully recharge your batteries
- A study with storage space, ideal for a quiet moment
- Two modern bathrooms with shower and WC

Located in the heart of the historic centre, you are just a short walk from Strasbourg's most beautiful streets, typical restaurants, shops and markets. Everything is within walking distance, so you can fully experience the unique atmosphere of the city. The accommodation is just a stone's throw from the "Homme de Fer" stop. Due to this central and busy location, noise pollution may be noticeable during the day.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the Sébastopol car park (paying car park).
Getting around:
- The "Homme de Fer" tram stop (lines A, B, C, D and F) is just a few minutes' walk away.
- Strasbourg's main railway station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by public transport
- Strasbourg international airport is 20 minutes away by public transport
