Great location. The apartment was clean and the size of the room and shower was suitable for 1 person, might be a bit tight/squishy for 2 people.

No lift. WiFi was not great. Connection cut out a few times. Bed was ok but not very comfortable

Convenient apartment for a stay in the center of the city

Location was great.

The apartment was small, no room to open the suitcases. The bed wasn't very comfortable. No elevator to get the second floor bearing our luggage, and no service to leave the luggage in a safe place after checking out.

Fresh, clean, bright compact apartment in a great location.

Clean, fresh, bright, compact apartment in an excellent location. A friendly welcome when we collected the keys. Building felt secure behind an access gate with a code for entry plus an entry code into the building. From that point each separate apartment had its own door card. We liked that we could alter the heating in both the bathroom and main room. Although the apartment block is in the centre of the city there was no noise at night to disturb us. We were impressed that the apartment was cleaned and new towels supplied after 2 days of our 4 day stay.

Would have preferred slightly more room but dimensions are on the booking site so we knew what we were getting and it wasn't something we could alter, unless we booked a larger apartment in the same block.

Definitely enjoyed our stay in Strasbourg, especially the river cruise and visit to the Cave wine cellars.

Location was very good. Check in with key box instructions was easy. Communication from staff was excellent. Really appreciated having a small washing machine.

Nowhere to sit and have breakfast - chairs were ok but there was no table so we had to eat facing the window ledge with our legs jammed against the wall. Some small bedside tables would be a good idea.

Great central location in Strasbourg!

We loved our stay in Strasbourg, and the location where this accomodation is situated is fun, lively and central to the best parts of the city. The host (Catherine) was very obliging since our bus was delayed and we felt very well catered too.

We couldn't quite work out how to use the blinds so did have some privacy concerns, but this may be user error.

The location was amazing! So close to everything, right outside our doorstep.

No air con. We thought it did have it and it was quite warm to sleep at night even with the fan provided. There was only one window in one side of the flat so there was no possible cross breeze. This was the only down side.

Exceptional accommodation! Catherine met us onsite, diligently went through the apartment, which was the best equipped self contained accommodation I have ever stayed in. The location was superb.

Great location, noisy during the night though

Apartments are located quite in the heart of old town. Room is very clean. Owners were very attentive and friendly.

Next to the apartment building there are two extremely noisy bars, during football championship do not expect to sleep there until 5am. But on the other hand in the centre and good price

Nice apartment in the city center of Strasbourg!

The location of this apartment is fantastic, right in the center of town. The cathedral was a 3-4 minute walk. Tons of restaurants and shops around us. Petite France is about a 10-15 minute walk. Our apartment was ground floor and it was spacious. The host was very nice and responsive to any messages I sent! We did not have any issues once in the apartment.

The only thing that I was upset about was the bed only came with two small pillows (only one for each person) and the bed was a bit uncomfy. I didn’t reach out to the host about the pillows, so there may have been a remedy for this. Also a some laundry detergent provided would’ve been nice.

I nice central location in an apartment with all amenities.

Central to the downtown and all restaurants and shops

It was very noisy outside on the street at night. The noise did not end until 3am. The hallway light had a motion detector that lit up the hall. It was annoying when it went on in the middle of the night.

Disappointing

Location

The apartment we received was not the one shown in the photos on the booking page. What we got was a ground floor unit with almost no natural light, unless we opened the shutters — and no privacy at all, as people outside could look directly in. There was also poor air circulation , making the space feel even more closed and uncomfortable. What disappointed me the most was not just the room itself, but the way the situation was handled. I contacted the property twice to express my concerns, but received no proper response. There was no offer of a discount, upgrade, or even a basic gesture of goodwill — just silence after two messages. This is not what I expected from a professional hospitality provider. I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

A bit of waste of money

It’s nearby the city centre and everything interesting is in walking distance.

It’s a nice apartment, but it’s a bit outdated. For example the shower head is loose, so it’s not really possible to shower properly. However, the biggest issue was the cockroach in the bathroom on my second day. It wasn’t gone on my third day. This disgusted me immensely so I left the apartment a night earlier than planned. The owner is nice and she replied to my messages but wasn’t much of a help because she doesn’t live nearby the apartment and because it was outside the office hours.

Would stay there again.

It was easy to collect the keys and access the apartment. The information was clear. We rode the tram from the train station which was very convenient to the property. The apartment was nicely furnished, and everything was very clean. The complimentary tea and cookies was a nice welcome. We were very near the Christmas markets and loved how close it was and usually very quiet.

Two of the 4 nights, there was a bar nearby that was open late into the night. The patrons were very loud and kept us awake which was disappointing. Probably this was due to the holiday season. Otherwise, everything was terrific.
