Konum olarak ve daire olarak iyi fakat çalışanları ve yönetim zihniyetiyle oldukça başarısız bir işletme.
Konumu iyiydi ve daire genişliği iyiydi ( ama yine de 4 kişilik olduğunu düşünmüyorum.
Öncelikle kapıdan girer girmez gördüğümüz ilk şey madde madde yazılmış şunlardı. Saat 15 check saat 10da check out eğer geç kalacaksak önceden haber verip ekstra ücret talep edilecek. Bulaşıkları yıkayıp kurulayıp kaldırmazsak, evi toplamazsak, bulaşık makinasını ve diğer makinaları boşaltıp temizlemezsek, çöpleri çöp odasına götürüp atmazsak 300 euro kestikleri depozitodan 60 euro kesecekleriyle tehdit ediyorlar. Eğer istersek de ücretiyle beraber temizlikçi çağırabileceğimizi yazmışlar. Korktuk ki elimize bez alıp yerleri camları silmemizi isteyecekler. Gelmeden önce dört kişi olacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen cevap yazmayıp eksik yorgan ve hazırlanılmamış bir yatakla karşı karşıyaydık. Duşta şampuan bitmişti duş jeli ve saç kremi hiç yoktu. İstememize rağmen çalışanın tek cevabı pazartesiye kadar çalışmıyorum başka arkadaşının numarasını atmıştı. Akşamları soğuktu ve banyolardan kötü bir koku geliyodu. Sonuç olarak da memnun da kalmadık tavsiye de etmeyiz

Superbe endroit pour découvrir Strasbourg malgré la chaleur! Lit super comfortable! Toutefois, la gestion de l’apparteme
Très bien situé dans le centre historique. Plusieurs sites d’intérêt, de restos et de petits magasins. Grande appartement avec très bonne literie. Lit très confortable. Frigo et cuisine très bien équipé.
Il n’y a aucune.climatisation dans l’apartment et il faisait très chaud. Les ventilateurs mentionnés sur le site web étaient absents. Nous avons dû insister pour finalement avoir 2 ventilateurs après 2 nuits. Les ventilateurs auraient dû être présents dès notre première nuit. L’agence qui gère la location envoie un nombre important de messages et de procédures pour l’appartement qui deviennent lourde. Retour plus ou moins rapide à nos demandes. De plus, l’égout refoulaient dans le drain de la douche la veille et le jour de notre départ.

A localização é excelente! A casa está super bonita, tal como mostram as fotografias.
Recebemos mil emails repetidos, é pedida uma caução (que até entendo), mas depois as chaves estão num sítio não indicado previamente (mesmo com tanta informação enviada), a casa cheirava mal quando chegamos ao ponto de termos de abrir as janelas para arejar, não tínhamos berço para a nossa bebé e a cama de casal são na verdades duas camas juntas, o chão estava claramente sujo porque a minha bebé ao gatinhar ficou sempre com os joelhos, pés e mãos pretos. Mas, o que acho mais indecente é o aviso final que recebemos e que deixo aqui porque é absolutamente surreal:

Ou sejaaaa, o preço já de si não é barato. A localização é óptima, certo. Mas, não sendo um hotel não temos como deixar a nossa bagagem antes ou depois da hora de check-in, nem pequeno-almoço incluído ... mas pagamos caro e ainda temos de deixar o apartamento impecável senão precisamos de pagar uma limpeza adicional. Lavamos a loiça do pequeno-almoço, mas deixamos a secar. Não levei o lixo porque saímos às 2h da manhã para ir apanhar o avião e obviamente não arrumei o apartamento - a cama ficou por fazer. Nunca tinha visto tal coisa. Acho que o bom senso é obviamente essencial, mas isto vai para um nível de abuso e desresponsabilização de um serviço que é bem cobrado e de uma entrega muito mediocre em termos de experiência e garantia de qualidade e conforto.

Der Lärm von der Straße, die Wohnung befindet sich an einer der meist besuchten Ecken in Straßburg. Besucherströme schieben sich bis spät in die Nacht direkt an der Wohnung vorbei. Nachts konnte ich nur mit Ohropax schlafen.

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde jedem die Wohnung für Straßburg empfehlen
