A cute, typical apartment with a lot of room for our family. There were AC splits in the apartment (important during European heatwaves). The main bedroom was tucked away and very quiet with blackout blinds. It was an amazing location just steps from canals and all the shops and restaurants. Others mentioned the broken lights in the stairs, and it's worth noting that those are fixed
Since the hotel is managed by a management group, there is no one to deal with problems. The blinds were broken upon arrival and our AC in the loft was leaking and therefore unusable. The hotel was cleanish, but could use a good deep cleaning.

Loved the apartment, so close to the centre of town.
Check in/out was very poor - had to walk down the street to get the keys. We had an early start and had to add an extra 15 to drop keys off, there was no ability to leave the place locked.

Gemütlich im Appartement Morgens und Abends mit der Familie zusammen essen, kochen und gemeinsame Momente unternehmen.
Leider im Appartement gibt es keinen Aufzug.
