Not as clean.

Location and facilities were amazing.
A bit tricky to get to, but we were driving and required parking in the closed off area of the city during Xmas period.

Location is super easy in the center with parking 🅿️ facilities . Very nice warm room with kitchen and good arranged shower room.
Homeless people sleep just next to your entrance - not pleasant neighbourhood. If you have heavy luggage 🧳 mind that there are 3 sets of stairs to go up .

Staff were super helpful with the parking and check-in. The location couldn’t be beat - we could see the Christmas tree from the apartment!
Shower was pretty tight and lots of winding stairs are tough for big luggage.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! We only stayed for one night, and it was the opening night of the Strasbourg Christmas Market so it was a bit of a different check-in process than what I would think is normal. We had reserved parking, which was a quick 3–4-minute walk to the apartment. An agent met us at the front of the parking garage and walked us all the way to our parking spot since the garage was only open for reserved cars. Once parked, he walked us to the apartment and gave us the codes to enter. The apartment... oh, my goodness! The view of one of the main markets was directly out our window, including the massive Christmas tree. The apartment is almost directly behind the Christmas tree in one of my pictures added to this review. If you're a fan of Christmas, you want to stay here. We had 4 in our apartment. 3 of us were family and we had a close family friend join us. That said, the sleeping arrangements worked, but there really wasn't much privacy. Not a huge deal for us but leaving that as a note for anyone else looking to stay and needed separate rooms. We had a sauna in our apartment, and it was very convenient for warming up after wandering through the markets. The room was clean and beautifully decorated! If we make it back, for Christmas Markets or not, we will definitely stay here!
Having a way to close off the main bedroom from the living room/kitchen/2nd bed would be nice.

The location of this property is fantastic. You're right in the center of the Kebler market. Being able to open the window and watch / listen to the Christmas tree ceremony was fantastic. The apartment was also very close to the cathedral and other shopping locations.
Communication from the host was great.
While the location was fantastic, I probably wouldn't stay at the property again; the overall apartment wasn't comparable with other properties for the price. If you're willing to walk 5 mins to the markets, you could definitely find a nicer hotel for the same or less price.
The apartment was outdated and in need of some basic maintenance (shower door not closing all the way, bathroom door not closing easily, not covering the water heater with a sheet and a wooden dowel, patching holes in the wall, etc). If you're looking for an authentic experience, the apartment would be good, but if you're comparing pricing to a nicer hotel, it's likely not to meet your expectations.

Location is in the centre, a few steps to the tram lines. Room/ studio is spacious and light with a view of the city Christmas tree right in front of the window. Electric heating is available. Coffee machine is there with coffee to make.
The stairs leading to the room are a bit of a challenge when you carry a suitcase :(

The apartment is in the perfect spot to walk around lovey Strasbourg. Everything is just minutes away. We came by car and were glad that we booked the parking for an extra 30 Euros. This way your car is securely parked literally right under the building and otherwise I imagine finding a spot would be rather difficult. The apartment is in a very old and beautiful building. The inside is quirky, up very old and steep stairs
The bathroom is big but not really nice. And given the outside temperature dropped to just 3 degrees it was rather cold. The water pressure and water temperature were good though.

Spacious, location, huge bathroom, autonomous check in, hybrid architecture of half timbered historique building with modern amenities. Being on the very top floor was also a big plus.
For some people l, climbing up old staircase could be an issue.

Everything! The location, deco, amenities, responsiveness, and most of all, they meet all your needs with personal touches!
The steep stairs may be an issue, but if you like old stylish buildings, that’s what you have to pay for! Definitely worth it!

Noah was a good host, friendly and helpful.
No view of the square whatsoever from the flat, the photos are more likely to be generated by AI than real. This flat was a huge disappointment. The narrow stairs and the amount of steps should be clearly stated (I know it was an old building but still....).

The location was great! And staying at the property itself was an experience! Although the building was old, the apartment itself has a modern touch and was very cozy! Communication was great and very helpful!
Getting to the apartment was a bit tricky (stairs and narrow hallways). Was not an issue for us as we packed quite light but should be taken into account!

Fantastic location, clean, views, easy living, though mus would be difficult for those with mobility issues.

The staff was friendly, the position is central and very convenient (though noisy if you keep the windows open), experience of staying in an original old Alsatian house
The apartment n.5 is spoiled and ruined: Lightning, furniture, air conditioning, various decorations.
On top of this, it’s importante to know that to reach the apartment you have to climb 4 floors of steep steps.
The windows are very small, no view outside: this is important to know if you spend some time during the day

the place is conveniently located to all the attractions. We were met in the plaza and walked to our room. the room has a good view to the plaza, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Nothing.

Its location was perfect for exploring Strasbourg. The room itself was beautiful and the furniture and fit out very good. Communication was perfect - the host met us at the car to show us to the rooms. Also provided some great recommendations for local restaurants.
There is no reception which didn’t affect us at all. The stairs into the apartments are steep and narrow. It appears that much of the building is still under renovation.

The room itself was lovely and well decorated. The lady who welcomed me was very kind. The location is perfect, with a nice view over Place Kléber. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is full of natural light. It also has a private sauna, which I didn’t use due to the high temperature in the room. The director was kind to inform me that she had to cancel my previous reservation; but she did not propose any alternative.
I had originally booked a different hotel, but the establishment cancelled my reservation due to an electrical issue. The manager informed me of the problem, but no alternative solution was offered. Booking.com asked what I wanted to do and whether I could make a new reservation myself, which I did. I found another hotel, and Booking.com provided compensation — which I appreciated.
The second hotel I booked — The Point City Center Hotel — turned out to be managed by the same organisation that had cancelled my original booking. Upon check-in, I immediately asked for information regarding the air conditioning, as it was clearly mentioned on the website and I needed to work from the room. However, the room had no fixed air conditioning unit.
The receptionist offered me a portable air conditioner, which unfortunately was not powerful enough for the size of the room. I asked whether it would be possible to get a more effective one. The receptionist told me the manager would bring one the following day, but that never happened. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably hot both day and night.
I feel quite frustrated, as after the initial cancellation I specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning — but this feature was not properly provided. This feels misleading.
Furthermore, I contacted the Booking.com priority customer service to explain the situation and my frustration, and to ask how to proceed. Unfortunately, after a while, the customer service agent hung up on me.
Finally the room was not really clean, full of dust.
I find this treatment very disappointing — both from the hotel and from Booking.com. It’s a real pity.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location with everything we needed for a short break in Strasbourg. Very easy arrangements with the host and we appreciated the early check in
It was all great..

Excellent location with good food and restaurant options. Next to the tram station. And the host Virginie and Nathanel were extremely kind and accommodating during our stay. Will stay again when we come back to Strasbourg.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. The location was central to all the popular sights without being noisy and the building itself was incredible with modern finishings in a historical old building.

Location. View from the windows.
Staires !!! The room is so tiny and very hot. The sliding door of the bathroom couldn't close properly, It's embarrassing when there are 4 people living in the apartment. It's very noisy in the middle of the night if the window is open.

Welcomed by the lovely Virginie - so helpful. Apartment is in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Being in a 16th century building with all the original features but sensitively renovated. The location was excellent. The kitchen had the basics necessary to cook a meal. The car parking couldn’t have been more secure. Virginia and her staff were very attentive to our needs - great welcome and send off! Will definitely be back!
Wouldn’t say ‘didn’t like’ but guests need to be aware the apartment is up three flights of steep, narrow, wooden stairs and being a 16th century building, no lift!

We were greeted and shown to our room. The location was excellent and our room looked out over Kleber Place.

Madame Virginie was so very kind. She met us at the parking garage to show us our spot, walked with us to the room (it was a couple flights of stairs). The kitchen area was perfect for making our breakfast and the kids loved the loft area. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

The apartment was quaint and very comfortable. The courtesy coffee was a plus. The location was fabulous and easy access to everything. Will definitely stay again
It was a shock to climb 3 stories of stairs with baggage. If you have a disability it’s not for you. A bit noisy at night with window open but expected with location

Excellent experience with our new friends from Point Kleber. They met us nearby to give us the codes and hold our luggage for the afternoon. They did the same on checkout. Always available and ready to assist. The room was fantastic; more of an apartment with the kitchen, stove, microwave, etc... The property is in a wonderful central location. I am looking forward to returning in a few months. Do not hesitate to book here.

The only good thing is the location which is great and close to everything. And also although we had a mistake in the reservation the staff was so kind to help and find a solution
Very disappointing ! This hotel is the worst solution for a family ! Tiny staircase a lot a lot of stairs with no lift, and that wouldn't bother if the stairs were comfortable but they are so tiny and hard to manage with kids .The facilities are awful the beds are so tiny and not comfortable at all ( the mattresses were so bad they were already V shaped) the bathroom is so tiny too ,the hotel is so outdated even though it's from the 16th century . So noisy each time a guest gets in or out of the building. Not worth the money at all .
