It does not look like in the pictures. Although the staff was very friendly, the check-in was far too complicated.

Location was amazing, couldn’t ask for more, there are a lot of stairs though, we didn’t mind but may bother some.

Great location and plenty of space for a family of four
Up very steep steps without a lift. Was not a problem for us and would definitely stay again. But good to know for folks less up for climbing the stairs!
